The Subject Of The Contract Entitled: Improvement Of The Energy Efficiency Of Buildings Owned By The Brzeziny Poviat Located In Brzeziny At Maria Skłodowska - Curie Street (2Nd Procedure) Are Construction Works Consisting In Energy Modernization Of 2 Buildings In Order To Achieve Energy Savings While Maintaining Thermal Comfort During The Implementation Of The Investment Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Public Procurement Law, In The Design, Build Formula. All Design And Execution Works Should Serve To Implement The Assumptions Of The Functional And Utility Program And Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Polish Government Fund. Carrying Out Appropriate Tests And Research Before Obtaining Acceptance Of Works And Preparing Documents Related To Putting The Completed Investment Into Use. 2) Object No. 2: Workshop And Garage Building (To Be Used For Social Purposes): 1. Preparation Of Design Documentation Together With Obtaining All Necessary Decisions And Permits.2. Preparation Of The Construction Site.3.
