New Building 2.1 Reconstruction, Superstructure And Expansion Of The Building Of The Seat Of The Branch Of The Polish Association For People With Intellectual Disabilities At Ul. Kościuszki 8 In Świdnik, Together With The Reconstruction And Expansion Of Internal Installations: Water And Sewage, Central Heating And Electricity, Construction Of Hybrid Ventilation And Air-Conditioning Installations, With Installations Outside The Outline Of The Building: Reconstruction And Extension Of The Internal Sanitary And Rainwater Drainage System, Construction Of A Water Supply Connection, External Lighting, Elements Of Landscaping, Reconstruction Of The Existing Exit And Fire Protection Road, Disassembly And Reconstruction Of Fragments Of The Fence (Execution Of The Entrance Gate And Wicket), Pedestrian Access And Demolition Of The Existing Rainwater Drainage System And Water Supply Connection Colliding With The Planned Expansion, On Plot No. The Planned Investment Involves The Extension Of The Existing Building With A New 2-Storey Part, Which Is A Continuation Of The Function Of The Existing Building (Seat Of The Branch Of The Polish Association For People With Intellectual Disabilities) And The Reconstruction And Superstructure Of A Fragment Of The Existing Building, In Order To Properly Connect It With The New Planned Extension.2.3 The Following Are Also Planned: A) Reconstruction And Extension Of Internal Installations: Water And Sewage, Central Heating And Electricity, As Well As Construction Of A Hybrid Ventilation And Air-Conditioning System, B) Change Of The Terrain Consisting In Raising The Terrain On Which The Extended Part Of The Building Is To Be Located, Construction Of A Slope Around The Building And A Retaining Wall Along The Border With Plot No. 1261, C) Construction Of Concrete Cubes (Colour : Grey) Bands Around The Planned Extension And Access Leading From The Existing Fire Road And The Existing Main Entrance To The Building Located On The North Side, To The Newly Designed Emergency Exit Located In The Southern Part Of The Planned Extension And Access (Gray Concrete Paving Stones) Leading From The Newly Designed Southern Exit From The Building Through The Designed External Stairs Up To The Newly Designed Gate Leading From Plot No. 1260 To Plot No. 1259/101,D) Disassembly Of Fragments Of The Existing Fence In Order To Construct The Newly Designed: Gate (Which Is To Be Located In The Southern Part Of Plot No. 1260 And Enable Entry To Area Today Ałki 1259/101) And The Entrance Gate (Adapted To The New Width Of The Rebuilt Exit From The Municipal Road At Ul. T. Kościuszki Carried Out On Plot No. 1260), E) Reconstruction And Extension Of The Rainwater And Sanitary Sewage System. The Above Construction Works Are To Be Performed In Full On Plot No. 1260, Precinct: 061701_1.0001 City Of Świdnik.2.4 In Addition, The Following Are Also Planned:A ) Reconstruction Of The Exit From The Municipal Road At Ul. Kościuszko, Consisting In Widening To A Width Of 4 M) And Making Appropriate Arching In Order To Adapt It To Fire Protection Regulations (Works On Plots No. 1259/53 And 1260), B) Demolition Of The Existing Rainwater Drainage System Colliding With The Planned Extension (Works On Plot No. 1261 And 1260) C) Demolition Of The Existing Water Supply Connection Of The Rainwater Drainage System Colliding With The Planned Extension (Works On Plots No. 1259/101 And 1260). All Plots On Which The Investment Is Planned Under This Project Are The Property Of The Investor - The Municipality Of Świdnik, Ul. Card. S. Wyszyńskiego 15, 21-040 Świdnik.3. In Connection With The Extension Of The Building At Ul. Kościuszki 8 In Świdnik, Owned By The Municipality Of Świdnik, Where The Polish Association For People With Intellectual Disabilities Koło In Świdnik Operates, The Renovation Should Also Be Carried Out On The Existing Building In Accordance With The Documentation3.1 Existing Building - Execution Of Works In The Existing Part Of The Building Consisting Of: A) Basements: - Renovation Of Floors By Laying Technical Gres Tiles In The Basement And Workshop Rooms, In The Remaining Rooms - Cleaning Of The Existing Terrazzo Floors, - Renovation Of The External Wall From The Side Of The Front Elevation, Including Its Drying And Fungus Removal, - Renovation Of The Walls Interior, - Renovation Of Ceilings, - Demolition Of Partition Walls In The Basement And Heating Center Rooms, - Bricking Up The Existing Window Opening Between The Heating Center Room And The Workshop, - Renovation Of The Stairs In The Basement 1 Room, - Replacement Of Some Doors As Indicated In The Drawing, - Replacement Of The Sewage System ,- Install Electrical Installation - Disassembly And Reassembly Of Wiring And Lamps, Additionally Replacement Of Lighting And Plug Sockets In Basement Rooms, - Replacement Of Ventilation Grilles. B) Ground Floor: - Reconstruction Of The Sewage System, - Replacement Of Windows, - Replacement Of The Floor In The Room Marked In The Drawing, - Demolition Of The Indicated C) 1St Floor: - Reconstruction Of The Sewage System, - Replacement Of Windows, D) Roof: - Replacement Of The Covering, - Repair Of Chimneys - Replacement Of Sewage Outlets, - Replacement Of The Roof Hatch - Replacement Of The Lightning Protection System3.4 The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform All Necessary Works Construction In A Manner Consistent With The Regulations And To Perform All Necessary Acceptance Activities Aimed At Putting The Facility Into Use (If Necessary).
