The Subject Of The Order Is The Organization Of A Study Visit For Project Partners From Ukraine On April 5-7, 2023 And The Organization Of A Conference Summarizing The Project On April 20, 2023, As Part Of The Project Sumcitynet: Cities Towards Increased Accessibility And Sustainable Mobility . B. The Order Will Be Implemented By The Contractor In Two Stages: 1) Stage I - Organization Of A Study Visit For Project Partners From Ukraine On April 5-7, 2023. As Part Of The Organization Of Stage I, The Subject Of The Order Will Be The Provision (Rental) Of A Conference Room With Equipment , Catering And Hotel Services For Study Visit Participants. As Part Of Stage I, The Subject Of The Contract Will Be: 1. Provision Of A Conference Room With Equipment For 25 People, 2. Preparation Of Catering Services For 25 People, 3. Providing Hotel Services With Breakfast For 25 People. 2) Stage Ii - Organization Of A Conference Summarizing The Project On April 20, 2023. As Part Of The Organization Of Stage Ii, The Subject Of The Contract Will Be The Provision (Rental) Of A Conference Room With Equipment, Catering Services And Provision Of A System For Simultaneous Translation. As Part Of Stage Ii, The Subject Of The Contract Will Be: 1. Provision Of A Conference Room With Equipment For 40 People, 2. Preparation Of A Catering Service For 40 People, 3. Provision Of A System For Simultaneous Translation. The Contractor Is Not Obliged To Provide An Interpreter. The Interpreter Is Provided By The Ordering Party. C.
