1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Ongoing Operation (Service) And Maintenance Of The Sewage Pre-Treatment Plant On The Premises Of Wielkopolskie Centrum Recyklingu - Sp. Z O. O. In Jarocin. The Contractor Shall Be Responsible For The Proper Handling And Operation Of The Subject Of The Contract, Consisting In: • Protocol Takeover Of The Subject Of The Contract And Related Documentation From The Employer. • Providing Service And Maintenance Of The Technological Line Of Facilities Throughout The Duration Of The Contract. • Supervision Of The Technology And Achieving The Required Pre-Cleaning Effect Wastewater (In Accordance With The Attachment To Swz - Attachment No. 8) • Operation Of The Sewage Pre-Treatment Plant And Sewage Equipment (Maintenance Of Equipment, Controlling The Use Of Infrastructure). • Maintenance And Use Of All Sewage Pre-Treatment Plant Equipment In Accordance With The Manufacturers Requirements • Conducting Regular Cleaning Work Within The Pre-Treatment Plant• Providing (At Own Expense) Consumables Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of The Sewage Pre-Treatment Plant • Management Of Sewage Sludge And Waste From Sand Screens (At Own Expense) • Preparing Monthly Reports On Work During Wastewater Treatment Plant (Results Of Laboratory Tests Of Pre-Treated Wastewater, Ongoing Operation - Used Consumables, Maintenance Work, Failures And Faults) • Analysis Of The Above-Mentioned Tests In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Water Law Permit • Keeping Records And Control Of The Amount Of Discharged Industrial Wastewater Based On The Indications Of The Flow Meter, Referred To Referred To In Point Ii Point 6 Of The Water Law Permit • Compliance With The Conditions Of The Granted Water Law Permit For The Discharge Of Pre-Treated Sewage • Elimination Of Failures In The Sewage Pre-Treatment Plant • Elimination Of Causes And Effects Of Deviations Of The Treated Sewage Discharged From The Applicable Standards From The Treatment Plant • Covering The Costs (Fines) For Possible Exceeding Of The Permissible Parameters Of Pre-Treated Sewage Imposed By Local Water And Sewage Company• Be Accountable To Controlling Institutions In The Field Of Environmental Protection• Ensuring Qualified Personnel To Operate The Pre-Treatment Plant, E.G. Technologists And Specialists In The I&C Industry • Striving To Minimize The Possible Occurrence Of Odor Nuisance Related To The Proper Operation Of The Pre-Treatment Plant • Informing The Employer Of Each Entry Of Designated Personnel From The Contractor To The Employers Premises
