Century Avenue (Csah 25/72) Extension Study The Washington County Public Works Department Is Issuing This Request For Proposals (Rfp) To Determine The Feasibility And Alignment Of An Extension Of County State Aid Highway (Csah) 25/Century Ave S From The Intersection With Lake Road In Woodbury To Csah 18/Bailey Road And Potentially To Csah 20/Military Road. Csah 25 Serves As The Western Border Of Washington County. The Southern End Of This Highway Meanders Around Carver Lake And Then Terminates At Carver Avenue Near Bailey Nurseries Farm. Future Land Development May Require An Extended North-South Collector Or Arterial Roadway To Serve Area Transportation Needs. This Study Will Help Guide All Agencies Involved With Their Planning Efforts.
