The Sap Will Be Delivered As A Programme Of Works Consisting Of Several Individual Projects To Support And Achieve The Objectives. These Projects Include: A) Mill Road B) Waihoehoe Road C) Sh22 Urbanisation D) Paerata Roundabout The Waihoehoe Road Upgrade Project Works Consist Of Two Signalised Intersections, A New Bridge Over The North Island Main Trunk Rail Corridor And Utility Mains Relocation. This Project Is Adjacent To The Proposed Drury Central Rail Station And -Will Provide The Main Access To The Rail Station And Associated Park And Ride Facilities. Work Has Been Undertaken For Waihoehoe Road Upgrade Project To Refine The Concept Design And Develop The Integration Where It Interfaces With Other Projects And/Or Developments In The Immediate Vicinity. In Particular, The Interface With The Proposed Rail Station In Drury And Supporting Infrastructure Being Delivered By Kiwirail And/Or Auckland Transport Has Been Considered To Understand The Relationship And Dynamic Between The Projects, Their Respective Land Requirements (And Designations) And Their Approach To Technical Elements Such As Stormwater Management.
