The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Also Includes: A. In These Materials, Made Available Together With This Swz, The Contractors Will Find The Necessary Information Allowing Them To Analyze The Subject Of The Contract In Terms Of The Scope And Type Of Works To Be Performed. All Documents Constituting A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Treated As Mutually Complementary. The Bill Of Quantities Should Be Treated At The Same Time As Auxiliary In Calculating (Estimating) The Lump Sum Price For The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract. 4. The Employer Informs That All The Valuation Bases Given In The Bill Of Quantities, Which Are An Integral Part Of This Specification, In The Form Of Specific Catalogs Of Material Costs And Detailed Tables, Are Used Only As Examples, And The Contractor May Use Any Calculation Bases For His Valuation Of The Offer Value, Freely Modify Or Change The Existing The Basis, However, That The Order Of Items Imposed By The Ordering Party Should Be Maintained.5. All Built-In Building Materials, Equipment And Devices Constituting The Equipment Of The Premises Should Be Brand New In The First Grade And Constitute The Contractors Delivery. 6. Equivalence Requirements: Designers Of Individual Industry Elements Of The Task Used In The Design Documentation And In The Bill Of Quantities The Proper Names Of Some Materials As Integral Elements Of The Proposed Technological Solutions. Due To The Specificity Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Designers Comments Regarding The Compliance Of The Ordered Materials And Devices With The Solutions Adopted In The Design Documentation, The Contracting Authority Allows In Each Of These Cases /Offering Equivalent Materials And Devices. Materials Or Devices Indicated As Coming From Specific Manufacturers Only Specify The Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Characteristics That Must Be Met By The Materials And Devices Proposed By The Contractor In Order To Meet The Requirements Guaranteeing The Technological Functionality Of The Planned Design Solutions. By The Term Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Characteristics, The Contracting Authority Understands The Requirements For Materials And Devices, Contained In Publicly Available Sources, Catalogs, On Manufacturers Websites. The Use Of Specific Names Of Manufacturers (Different), In The Case Of The Prepared Design Solutions Contained In The Design Documentation Received By The Client From The Designer, Was Only Intended To Fulfill And Specify The Clients Requirements In Relation To Specific Solutions. The Use Of Names Of Manufacturers/Products Is Exemplary. The Ordering Party Allows Materials / Devices / Equivalent, With Quality Parameters And Functional Characteristics At Least At The Level Of The Indicated Material Or Device. Therefore, Each Contractor Who Proposes And Makes A Valuation Of Materials Or Equipment As Equivalent Solutions In The Submitted Tender Must: A. Indicate Clearly In Which Item Of The Offer Cost Estimate The Equivalent Element Was Used, Indicating Its Name And Attaching Its Detailed Description Or The Appropriate Technical Specification Of The Manufacturer And The Name Of The Element / Item Of The Bill Of Quantities / That Has Been Replaced; B. Submit A Statement As Part Of The Offer That The Proposed Materials And Equivalent Devices Will Ensure The Functioning Of The Facility Or Installation In A Manner Consistent With The Designers Solutions, As Well As A Commitment To Incur Other Necessary Costs To Ensure Full Functionality Of This Part Of The Subject Of The Contract.7. The Employer Requires That The Works Constituting The Subject Of This Contract Be Covered By At Least A Five-Year Warranty Period.
