Approved By The Decision Of The Staroste Of Łowicz, Sign: Os. 6530.5.2020 Of July 23, 2020, - Laboratory Tests - Physicochemical And Bacteriological Analysis Of Water, - Accompanying Works, - Development Of As-Built Documentation - Hydrogeological Documentation, In Accordance With The Requirements Set Out In The Act Of June 9, 2011 Geological And Mining Law (I.E.: Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1072, As Amended) And Submitted Submission To The Ordering Party In 5 Copies In The Paper Version And 5 Copies In The Electronic Version (Cd),4. The Order Does Not Include The Liquidation Of Well No. 1. 5. Guarantee: 5.1. The Length Of The Quality Guarantee Period For The Construction Works Performed And The Delivered And Built-In Materials Is Min. 36 Months From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Report And Is A Criterion For Evaluating Tenders. 5.2. The Contracting Authority Defines It For A Period Ranging From 36 Months (Minimum Term) To 60 Months (Maximum Term). 5.3. The Contractor Is Liable Under The Warranty For Physical Defects On The Terms Set Out In § 12 Of The Draft Agreement.
