The Subject Of The Contract Is The Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Renovation Of The Entrance Zone In The Przemko Nursery (Republic Estate 77, 61-393 Poznań) As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled Poznań Nursery Team - Modernization Works - Raising The Standard Of Nursery Buildings. The Scope Of The Renovation Includes In Particular: A) Renovation Of The Roof: • Replacement Of New Flashings And Drainpipes, • Profiling Of Slopes And Execution Of A New Layer Of Roofing Felt, • Insulation Of The Front And Sides And Underside Of The Roof With Polystyrene, Finishing With Plaster And Painting, • Cleaning And Painting The Steel Columns, B) Renovation Of The Entrance Area: • Chipping Off The Floors From Ceramic Tiles And Making New Ones From Gres Tiles, • Disassembly Of The Wooden Ceiling Cladding, • Renovation Of The Vestibule, Filling And Painting, • Fitting The Doormat, • Replacing Part Of The External Pavement With Concrete Cubes, • Hiding The Cables For Thermal Insulation And Replacing The Lighting Fixtures, • Assembly Of Balustrades At The Entrance, • Refreshing The Face Of The Entrance Plinth - Applying A Layer Of Resin Plaster. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes Services And Related Deliveries With The Performed Construction Works The Contract Is Subject To Execution In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge And The Art Of Engineering And Generally Applicable Laws.
