The Subject Of The Contract Is The Revitalization Of A Post-Industrial Building With Its Surroundings, Intended For Workshop And Garage Rooms. The Project Is To Consist In Renovation Together With Comprehensive Thermo-Modernization And Construction Of Central Heating, Water And Sewage, Electric Power Enn Installations With A Boiler Room And Hot Water Installation, Replacement Of Window And Door Joinery, Renovation Of The Facade, Reconstruction Of The Rooms Inside The Building, Change Of The Location Of Partition Walls, The Height Of The Rooms, Changing The Roof Structure, Constructing New Load-Bearing Walls And Strengthening Parts Of The Existing Walls, Constructing A Septic Tank And A New Fence With Lighting Of The Area. The Subject Of The Investment Is The Construction Of A Building With Rooms For A Workshop And A Garage, Along With Sanitary Facilities, Technical And Communication Infrastructure. The Designed Building Will Serve As A Workshop And Garage. The Purpose Of The Building In Question Will Be To Park Cars And Carry Out Workshop Works Related To The Operation And Maintenance Of Motor Vehicles, Aimed At Restoring The Technical Efficiency Of Vehicles By Removing Malfunctions Caused By Wear And Tear Or Damage. The Building Will Have One Garage Room With Two Parking Spaces And One Workshop Room With One Car Repair And Maintenance Position, Technical Rooms And A Sanitary And Social Zone Consisting Of A Communication Room, A Toilet Adapted To The Needs Of The Disabled, A Social Room, A Washbasin Lock , Sanitary Facility. The Building Is Located On Plot No. 1222, Kluki Precinct. It Is A Single-Storey Building Without A Basement. The Plot Area Is Fenced And Has Technical Infrastructure. The Object Has A Cuboid Form Of A Building Covered With A Gable Roof. The Angle Of The Roof Slopes Is 11.5°. The Main Entrance To The Building Is Located On The West Side. The Entrance To The Garage And Workshop Is Located On The North Side. The Building Has One Above-Ground Storey. The External Dimensions Of The Building Are 18.65 Mx 9.65 M, Height 6.44 M. The Structural Layout Of The Building Was Designed In Traditional Technology As A Brick, Two-Layer Insulated With Polystyrene Foam, Stiffened With Transverse Walls And A Reinforced Concrete Tie Beam. All Loads Transferred From The Roof To The Foundation System In The Form Of Footings And Footings. The Building Is Accessible To The Disabled. Communication Spaces Free Of Horizontal And Vertical Barriers Are Provided. The Entrance To The Building Was Designed From The Ground Level. The Location Of The Entrance Door As Well As The Shape And Dimensions Of The Entrance Room Will Ensure Convenient Conditions For The Movement Of People With Disabilities. One Public Toilet Is Provided For The Needs Of The Disabled. One Parking Space For A Disabled Person Has Been Designed In The Car Park. The Construction Of A Workshop And Garage Building Is Planned, Together With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure In The Form Of A Water Supply System, Sanitary Sewage System And Energy System. Building Heating System And Hot Water: Electricity - Air Heat Pump. Sewage Discharge To A Newly Created Sealed Tank (Septic Tank) With A Capacity Of Up To 5M3. Electricity From The Grid, With The Possibility Of Supporting This Source In The Future With Solar Energy Through Photovoltaic Panels. The Newly Designed Pedestrian And Vehicular Communication System Will Be Implemented Through The Planned Hardening Of The Ground Surface Of The Building Plot (Surface Made Of Prefabricated Paving Stones On A System Foundation). Access To The Building Is Located On The West Side. Parking Spaces For Passenger Cars Are Planned. The Communication Service Of The Plot In Question Will Be Carried Out From The Municipal Road (Plot Reg. No. 474, Precinct 0005 Kluki) Through The Existing Public Exit, Through The Existing Hardening On The Remaining Part Of Plot No. Fences. Obtaining The Decision For Felling Is The Responsibility Of The Employer. The Contractor Will Perform The Lighting Of The Area On A Design And Build Basis, Along With Obtaining All Decisions, Permits, Arrangements, Opinions, Documents Necessary For Its Implementation, If Such Documents Are Required. The Project In The Working Phase Should Be Agreed With The Employer. The Contractor Shall Perform Felling With Plantings In Accordance With The Decision Received By The Employer. All Necessary Documentation Containing A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Under The Above-Mentioned Task Is Included In The Attachment To This Tor.
