Shed Roofing The Terrace; C) Construction Of An External Sanitary Sewage System With A 10 M3 Septic Tank; D) Construction Of An External Rainwater Drainage System With A 15 M3 Rainwater/Melt Water Tank; E) Construction Of A Water Supply Connection; F) Construction Of An Internal Line Power Supply; G) Construction Of An Area Lighting Installation; H) Construction Of A Car Park For Passenger Cars And Communication Routes; I) Construction Of A Fence For The Entire Plot; J) Installation Of Small Architecture Elements; Poviat No. 3188; M) Construction Of A Box For Waste Buckets, Partial Leveling Of The Area U, As Well As The Establishment Of Green Areas On The Plot With The Registration Number 83 In The Town Of Kalinowice Górne, Precinct Kalinowice Górne; N) Delivery Of Furniture And Kitchen Equipment. And Swz.5) Land Development Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Detailed Design.6) The Exit From The Poviat Road Should Be Made In Accordance With The Detailed Design And Arrangements With Zdp.7) The Dismantled Equipment Of The Playground And Outdoor Gym Should Be Re-Installed In The Place Indicated By The Employer. 8) The Playground Shall Be Made In Accordance With The Detailed Design, Except That The Scope Of The Contract Does Not Include The Delivery And Assembly Of The Following Devices: A) Zip Line (B1), B) Tube (B2), C) 2-Tower Play Set (B6). 9) The Scope Of The Order Does Not Include The Delivery And Installation Of Skatepark Equipment: A) Quater Pipe (A1), B) Funbox With Grindbox (A2), C) Miniramp/Bank Ramp (A3).10 ) The Contractor Shall, On His Own And At His Own Expense, Remove The Excavated Soil, Rubble And Other Waste For Disposal. 11) The Contractor Shall, On His Own And At His Own Expense, Remove The Excavated Soil, Rubble And Other Waste For Disposal. The Contractor Shall Bear All The Costs Related To The Electricity And Water Used During The Works And For The Sewage Discharged. The Employer Requires A Guarantee For The Construction Works Performed For A Minimum Period Of 36 Months.
