The Contractor Is Obliged To Use The Prices Proposed On The Assortment And Price Forms Throughout The Duration Of The Agreement. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Supply Of Beef, Pork, Cold Cuts, Poultry According To The Assortment And In The Quantities Specified In The Assortment And Price Form - Appendix 1 To The Offer Form, Which Should Be Attached With The Offer - Appendix 2. Deliveries Will Take Place Every Day From Monday To Friday Between 7:00 And 7:30 Am, Based On Telephone Orders Placed The Previous Day. The Subject Of The Contract Presented In The Offer Should Comply With Polish And European Standards. Each Delivered Assortment, Each Batch Of Delivery Must Be Delivered In Original, Undamaged Packaging, Bearing The Best-Before Date, Name, Composition Of Raw Materials, Name And Address Of The Manufacturer, In Polish. It Is Not Allowed To Deliver Goods Whose Best-Before Date Is Close To The Delivery Date. The Contractor Must Have All The Veterinary Documents Required By Law For The Origin And Slaughter Of Animals That Were Used To Prepare The Delivery Assortment And Make Them Available At The Request Of The Ordering Party Or Authorized Services. The Meat Assortment Cannot Be Obtained From Sick Heads, Boars, Sows, Or Come From Emergency Slaughter. The Presence Of Msm - Mechanically Separated Meat Is Not Allowed In The Cold Cuts. The Ordering Party Has The Right To Question The Quality Of The Delivered Products (Content Of Meat, Fat, Water And Other Additives In The Products And Their Taste, And The Contractor Is Obliged To Replace The Goods With Ones Corresponding To The Quality Of The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party May Request At The Stage Of The Procedure To Provide Samples Of Selected Products For Tasting In Order To Confirm Their Quality And Compliance With The Swz. Delivery And Unloading On The Trolleys Provided To The Kitchen Warehouse Will Be Carried Out By The Forces And At The Expense And Risk Of The Contractor In A Way That Allows The Ordering Party To Check The Quantity, Quality And Compliance Of The Delivered Goods With The Order In A Calm And Detailed Way.
