The Subject Of The Tender Is The Aerial Survey By Helicopter And The Pipeline Monitoring Of The Entire Ontras Line Network (Approx. 6,090 Km Line Length High-Pressure Network) Including All Branches And Connection Lines. The Aim Is To Identify Hazards, Irregularities And Impairments At An Early Stage Through Regular Observation, Registration And Reporting Of The Line Network And Thus To Guarantee Technical Safety In Accordance With Section 49 Paragraph 1 Of The Energy Industry Act. The Documentation Takes Place In A Report On The Flight (Monitoring Report), Which Contains The Report-Relevant Flight Data Of A Flight. The Monitoring Service Focuses On Object Detection And Third Party Intrusion, Ground Movement And Leak Detection. These Must Be Identified, Documented And Reported As Sources Of Danger In The Controlled Area By Means Of Line Aerial Surveys, And In The Event Of Immediate Dangers, External Landings Must Be Intervened Immediately.
