It Involves Detailed Technical Work And Extensive Community Engagement Over Multiple Years. The Sdf Programme Team Has Identified Areas In Which External Technical Expertise Is Required To Complement Internal Capability And Support Development Of The Adaptation Strategy. The Dcc Wants To Partner With One Or Multiple Consultants Who Have The Experience, Capability And Capacity To Provide The Necessary Technical Support To Elements Of The Programme Noted Below.
