The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Modernization Of Room No. 21 With The Creation Of A Social Room, Reconstruction Of The Door Opening And Bricking Up The Existing Door Opening In The Partition Of The Internal Wall. 3. Elements Of The Building To Be Demolished Are: 1) Making An Opening In The Load-Bearing Wall Of The Building; 2) The Floor In Room 21; 4. Renovation Works Within The Scope Of The Order: 1) Anti-Moisture Insulation, 2) Disassembly Of The Existing Door Joinery; 3) Forging An Opening In The Wall Along With The Performance Of Works Necessary To Install Glazed Double-Leaf Aluminum Doors (Construction Permit); 4) Renovation Of The Floor (Breaking Off The Plastic Floor, Breaking Off The Rockwood Floor) And Making The Floor Of An Antistatic Pvc Floor Covering; 5) Execution Of The Gr Partition Wall From Plasterboards; 6) Complementing Internal Plasters; 7) Painting The Interior Walls Of The Room; 8) Painting The Surface Of The Walls In The Social Room With A Protective Varnish; 9) Disassembly Of Old Window Sills And Installation Of Granite Window Sills; 10) Installation Of Lighting And Plug Sockets, Replacement Of Lighting Fixtures With Led; 11) Performing Cleaning Works (Bringing In And Taking Out Furniture, Dismantling Window Blinds, Washing Windows, Washing It Network Slats), Disposal Of Garbage And Debris. 5. For The Needs Of The Investment, It Is Not Expected To Implement External Connections. All Renovation Works Will Be Carried Out Inside The Existing Facility. 6. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Contained In The Design And Technical Documentation Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 7. The Design And Technical Documentation Consists Of: 1) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Hereinafter Stwior); 2) Building Design; 3) Detailed Design; 4) Bill Of Quantities. 8. The Bill Of Quantities Is Only Information And Auxiliary Documentation When Preparing The Offer (It Is Not A Document Constituting The Basis For The Valuation Of The Subject Of The Contract). 9. Whenever In The Design Documentation Or Stwior There Is A Reference To A Non-Mandatory International Or National Standard, It Should Be Understood That The Employer Allows In The Offer Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In Each Cited Non-Mandatory National Or International Standard. 10. All Materials And Adopted Technologies Indicated By Name Used In The Technical And Design Documentation Should Be Understood As Specifying The Required Technical Parameters Or Quality Standards. This Means That The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of Equivalent Offers For The Named Materials And Devices Listed In The Referred Technical Documentation, While Maintaining Their Quality Requirements. Equivalent Materials Must Be Mentioned In The Offer By Name, And The Burden Of Proving Compliance With The Technical Parameters And Quality Standards Required By The Ordering Party Lies With The Person Submitting The Offer. The Materials Offered For Incorporation Must, In Terms Of Quality, Meet The Requirements Of Products Admitted To Trading And Use In Construction, As Specified In The Act Of April 16, 2004 On Construction Products (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 1213) Along With Executive Acts To Of This Law In Joke. 10 Of The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 2351, As Amended) And Meet The Technical Parameters And Quality Requirements Not Worse Than Those Described In The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works. 11. The Contractor Shall Provide A Guarantee Of Not Less Than 24 Months From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Report Confirming The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract.
