The Planned Investment Provides For The Renovation Of The Existing Facilities Of The Hall By Replacing The Door Joinery, Hammering And Replacing The Concrete Floors, Together With The Installation Of Underfloor Heating. The Execution Of Suspended Ceilings From Plasterboards Was Taken Into Account. Part Of The Ceiling Is Covered With Plasterboards. Existing Partition Walls Should Be Demolished And New Ones Should Be Made In Drywall Construction. Existing Walls Should Be Leveled And Prepared For New Layers Such As Architectural Concrete And Painting. The Rooms Should Be Equipped With New Electrical And Lighting Installations, As Well As Air-Conditioning, Mechanical Ventilation And Sound Systems. The Ordering Party Also Provides For The Delivery And Assembly Of The Finnish Sauna.
