D = 350 M3/D. B) Construction Of A Retention And Dosing Tank With A Total Capacity Of Min. 250 M3. Up To 340 M3; Radially Surrounding Secondary Settling Tank, Elevated Above The Ground Level, Partially Surrounded By A Slope, With Appropriate Equipment, C) Construction Of Pipelines Connecting Individual Facilities Of The Treatment Plant - Adaptation Of Pipelines To Change The Arrangement Of Gravity And Pressure Chambersd) Execution Of I&C (Control And Measurement Equipment And Automation)E) Power Supply, Including The Installation Of A Photovoltaic Panel System, Along With A 30 Kw Energy Storage With A 3-Phase Converterf) Execution Of Photovoltaic Panels With A Power Of Up To 50 Kw (Not Less Than 49 Kw With An Installation Optimizer In The Open Area Around The Treatment Plant Within The Fence, G) Execution Access Roads To The Designed Facilities Enabling Their Proper Operation, H) Installation Of Monitoring With The Following Parameters: I) Ip Lite Recorder, 16 Channels, Max 12 Mpx, 4Kii) Dahua Ipc Camera, 5 Mpxir 50M - 6 Piecesii) 8-Port Poe Power Supplyiv) 2X4 Hard Disk Tbv) Network Routervi) 2Tb Cloud Storage (Paid For Per Year)I) Start-Up Of The Entire Treatment Plant.J) The Final Start-Up Will Be Considered Completed When The Quality Of Wastewater Treated At The Outlet Meets The Parameters Specified In The Water-Legal Permit, And The Wastewater Quality Indicators Are Confirmed By Three Average Daily Tests (Collection And Testing Will Be Performed By An Accredited Laboratory) At 14-Day Intervals, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Water And Legal Permit; K) Training For The Treatment Plant Operator; L) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation; ;N) Preparation Of Markings For Newly Built And Reconstructed Facilities And Delivery Of A New Scheme Of The Treatment Plant. Which The Employer Will Conclude With The Contractor Of The Investment, Selected As A Result Of A Separate Procurement Procedure. 3) Preparation Of Documents Necessary To Obtain Occupancy Permits Along With All Necessary Opinions, Notifications, Etc. And Submitting Them To The Poviat Building Supervision Inspectorate And Obtaining The Final Or Enforceable Prior Expiry Of The Deadline For Appealing The Decision On The Occupancy Permit For The Entire Scope Of Works Described In § 1 Section 2.
