The Object Of The Procurement Is Work Management Services For The Hus Group. Work Supervision Is Part Of The Whole Of Supporting The Work Of Huss Staff And Developing Wide-Ranging Skills, Which Ensures The Quality Of Care And Service That Customers And Patients Receive. Work Guidance Can Be Implemented In Several Different Ways, Such As Individual, Group, Work Community, Management Support And Situational Work Guidance. Work Supervision Takes Place At The Customers Premises, At Premises Arranged By The Service Provider Or Remotely As Agreed. If The Work Supervision Is Organized In The Premises Organized By The Service Provider, No Additional Compensation Will Be Paid To The Service Provider. Service Providers Are Required To Have The Possibility Of Remote Work Control With A Secure Remote Connection. The Work Supervision Can Be Carried Out Completely Remotely If The Service Provider Wishes. The Procurement Is Divided Into Five (5) Sub-Areas: Sub-Area 1 Individual Work Supervision Sub-Area 2 Group Work Supervision Sub-Area 3 Work Community Supervision Sub-Area 4 Work Supervision Of Supervisors And Management Sub-Area 5 Situational Work Supervision The Request For Participation (Phase 1) Contains Several Sub-Areas And The Criteria Are Specific To The Sub-Areas. With The Participation Application, The Areas To Be Offered Are Selected. Each Bidder Submits One Participation Application. In Step 2 (Bid Submission), The Bidder Can Submit One Or More Bids. The Tenderer Can Offer Several Job Supervisors With One Offer, If The Prices Are The Same For Each Area. If The Tenderer Offers Work Supervisors At Different Prices Within The Sub-Area, He Must Leave As Many Offers As There Are Different Prices. The Dynamic Procurement System Is Described In Appendix 2 (Description Of The Procurement Procedure). The Sub-Areas Are Described In More Detail Below And A More Detailed Description Of The Service Content Is In Appendix 3 (Service Description). All Bidders Who Meet The Suitability And Minimum Requirements Of The Participation Request Are Accepted Into The Dynamic Procurement System. An Approved Bidder Can Submit A Bid (Step 2) Only For The Areas It Has Selected In The Application For Participation. Contracts (Appendix 7) Are Concluded With Approved Bidders After Step 2 (Submission Of The Bid), When The Procurement Unit Has Made A Procurement Decision.
