The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular:1 ) Development Of Complete Design And Cost Documentation For The Reconstruction And Extension Of The Existing Sewage Treatment Plant Along With The Required Arrangements, Preceded By The Development Of An Architectural And Construction Concept, 2) Obtaining By The Contractor A Valid Building Permit In S The District Office In Pabianice, Preceded By Obtaining The Necessary Conditions, Opinions, Consents, Decisions, Permits And Arrangements, 3) Execution Of Construction Works, 4) Carrying Out Tests And Examinations Required For Networks And Facilities, 5) Preparation Of Documents Related To Commissioning The Construction Of Networks And Facilities To Use And Operation,6) Start-Up And Technological Start-Up Of The Constructed Sewage Treatment Plant,7) Training Of Zuk Employees On The Operation Of The Sewage Treatment Plant,8) Development Of The Required Instructions For The Sewage Treatment Plant In Accordance With Applicable Regulations,9) Preparation Of As-Built Geodetic Inventory, 10) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation11 ) Obtaining An Occupancy Permit On Behalf Of The Ordering Party On The Basis Of An Appropriate Authorization, 12) Performing Other Activities Necessary To Fulfill The Obligations Set Out In The Preceding Points And Fup. The Order Covers Development Of Complete Design And Cost Documentation Based On Fup, Made In Accordance With Applicable Law, Necessary To Perform Construction Works Under The Task In Question And Including In Particular The Development Of: 1) Land Development Design - 4 Copies 2) Architectural And Construction Design - 4 Copies,3) Technical Designs In Individual Industries - 4 Copies For Each Industry,4) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works For All Industries - 2 Copies Each,5) Bills Of Quantities For Individual Industries - 2 Copies For Each Industry Each Industry,6) Investors Cost Estimates For Individual Industries - 2 Copies For Each Industry,7) A Water Legal Survey And A Water Legal Permit - If Required,8) Project Information Card With An Environmental Decision - If Required,9) Decision Permitting The Felling Of Trees - If Agana,10) Other Documents, Studies, Opinions, Consents, Permits And Arrangements Necessary To Obtain A Valid Building Permit,11) As-Built Documentation, On Which Any Changes Made During Construction Will Be Made, Together With The As-Built Inventory - 2 Copies,12 ) Electronic Version Of The Developed Design Documentation - Cd. Before Starting Work, The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain And Verify At His Own Expense The Data And Materials Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Contract, I.E. The Output Data For Design, Perform All Tests And Analyzes Necessary For The Correct Design And Execution Of Documents , And In Particular The Construction Design, Including: 1) Obtaining A D/C Design Map, 2) Preparing An Opinion On Soil And Water Conditions (Geotechnical Tests Of The Subsoil), 3) Conducting A Construction Inventory Of Existing Facilities (If Required), 4 ) Obtain Excerpts And Excerpts From The Land Register, 5) Obtain Extracts And Excerpts From The Local Spatial Development Plan Of The D ut w Commune, 6) Other Necessary Data For The Proper Execution Of Documents And Subsequent Execution Of Works. No. 12. Fup To This Swz Is Used To Determine The Planned Costs Of Design And Construction Works And To Properly Prepare The Offer. The Fup Specifies The Type, Scope And Technology Of The Procurement Necessary To Perform The Task In Question.
