Preparation Of Multi-Discipline Construction And Executive Design Documentation, Obtaining The Necessary Decisions, Opinions And Permits, Including Decisions For A Building Permit Or Notification Of The Intention To Carry Out Works Construction (If Required) And Construction, Finishing And Equipment Works Related To The Expansion And Modernization Of The Educational Base Of The Cadet High School Of The Republic Of Poland In Lipiny And Obtaining A Permit To Use The Facility (If Required). Functional And Utility Program (Pfu) For /In The Investment, It Concerns: Construction Of A Physical Fitness Center For Cadets For Intensive Training Of Strength And Endurance, The Necessary Development Of The School Area Along With The Construction Of Pedestrian Communication Routes; Complete Renovation Of Dormitory No. 1 (Large) With The Replacement Of All External And Internal Installations And An Increase In The Number Of Accommodation Places; Renovation Of Dormitory No. 2 (Small) (Installation Of Mechanical Fans In Bathrooms As Ventilation Support, Installation Of Emergency Lighting, Repainting Of Walls And Ceilings Of All Rooms Inside The Building); Construction Of The Cadet Club; Parade Square; Car Park; Replacement Of The Overhead Electrical Installation With A Cable Installation And The Necessary Accompanying Technical Infrastructure. The Scope Of Construction Works Includes In Particular The Following Types Of Works: 1. Demolition Of The Existing Elements Of Land Development Provided For In The Final Construction Documentation Of The Investment, Planned To Be Removed Along With The Disposal Or Reuse Of Demolition Materials, Cobblestones, Existing Car Park Surface, Concrete Pavement Slabs.2. Demolition Of The Facilities Provided For In The Final Construction Documentation, I.E.: A Water Reservoir, Existing Equipment Of The Fitness Center Along With The Disposal Of Demolition Materials. 3. Demolition Of Building Elements Of The Dormitory Buildings Provided For In The Final Construction Documentation Of The Investment, Along With The Disposal Of Demolition Materials, Including: Fragments Of Walls To Be Demolished, Internal Installations Of The Building To Be Replaced, Door Woodwork To Be Replaced, Etc.4. Organization Of The Construction Site Along With The Final Preparation Of The Site For The Planned Investment.5. Execution Of Construction Works For Dormitories According To The Prepared Design And Cost Estimate Documentation.6. Execution Of Installation And Finishing Construction Works Of Dormitories According To The Prepared Design And Cost Estimate Documentation.7. Execution Of Construction Works And Installation Of Equipment Of The Fitness Center.8. Execution Of Construction, Finishing And Field Works Of The Cadet Club.9. Execution Of Construction And Finishing Works At Plac Defilad.10. Execution Of Construction And Finishing Works Of The Car Park.11. Target Equipment Of The Designed Facilities With Devices, In Accordance With The Provisions Contained In This Fup.12. Execution Of Land Development Elements Along With Internal Access Roads And Parking Spaces According To Industry Design Documentation.13. Agrotechnical Works And The Target Topography Of The Land, Including The Final Disposal Of The Remaining Waste From The Construction Site. Construction, In Accordance With The Attached Guidelines Contained In The Functional And Utility Program (Pfu) Constituting The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract - Annex 6 To The Tor. Allowing The Submission Of An Offer Containing Equivalent Materials Or Devices. If The Documents Making Up The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Contain A Trade Name Of The Company, Goods Or Product, It Is For Information Purposes Only. For Valuation. Any Materials Or Devices From Specific Manufacturers Are Only A Quality Sample Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Use Of Exemplary Names Of The Manufacturer Is Only Intended To Specify The Level Of Expectations Of The Ordering Party In Relation To A Specific Solution, Quality, Technical And Functional Standards. 3) The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Art. 99 Sec. 5 Of The Public Procurement Law Allows The Contractor To Offer Materials And Equipment Equivalent To Those Indicated In The Documentation And Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Provided That They Ensure The Achievement Of Technical Parameters Not Worse Than Assumed. Means Of Evidence Confirming That The Offered Materials And Devices Or Construction Works Meet The Requirements Of Equivalence, I.E.: A List Of Materials And Devices Other Than In The Technical Specification And Their Technical Parameters, Catalog Cards Or Similar Documents. 5) The Obligation To Prove The Equivalence Of The Offer Rests With The Contractor Under The Pain Of Its Rejection Pursuant To Art. 226 Sec. 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law. 6) If The Contractor Fails To Submit The Evidence In Question Or The Submitted Evidence Is Incomplete, The Contracting Authority Shall Request The Contractor To Submit Or Supplement It Within The Prescribed Period Pursuant To Art. 107 Section 2 Of The Public Procurement Law.
