Task No. 1 - Purchase Of Hot Fine-Grained Asphalt Mix In The Amount Of 355 Mg, Together With Transport To The Construction Site1. The Hot Mix Asphalt Should Meet The Requirements: Recipe In Accordance With The Pn-En 13108-1 Standard And The Technical Requirements For Hot Mix Asphalt And The Conditions For Their Production Wt-2-2014: A) The Hot Mix Asphalt Should Meet The Above Standard Or Equivalent, B) Unloading Temperature At The Place Of Installation 170 - 180O C, C) In Addition, The Seller Is Bound By The Provisions Of The Following Acts: Construction Law (I.E. A One-Off Quantity Of Hot Fine-Grained Asphalt Mix Will Be Delivered From 6 To 14 Mg By Truck With A Permanently Installed Thermos For Transporting Bituminous Mass To The Site Of Renovation Works By The Pzd Team In The Kola Poviat. The Vehicle Delivering The Mass Is Obliged To Travel And Unload The Mass In Portions At The Location Indicated By The Pzd.7 Repair Team. If The Mixture Is Purchased In An Amount Smaller Than Specified In Point 1, The Contractor Shall Not Be Entitled To Any Claims.9. The Purchaser Will Bear The Costs Of Purchase And Transport Of The Hot Mineral-Asphalt Mix And Its Unloading In Portions.
