The Subject Of The Contract Is The Reconstruction Of Rooms In A Building In A Primary School With Adaptation To A Kindergarten In Wola Sernicka, As Part Of The Fairy Tale Kindergarten Project. The Scope Of Works Includes: 1. Demolition Works (Disassembly Of Doors And Glass Blocks, Disassembly Of Radiators And Their Casings, Demolition Of Openings, Demolition Of Partition Walls, Disassembly Of The Existing Floor, Disassembly Of Existing Electrical Installations, Partial Disassembly And Reconstruction Of Existing Water, Sewage And Central Heating Installations, Demolition Of The Cobblestone Surface In The Place Intended For The Construction Of Stairs And Ramps, Disposal Of Demolition Materials. 4.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Tor Consists Of The Following Documents: 1) Design Documentation, 2) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Stwiorb), 3) Bills Of Quantities. The Bills Of Quantities Attached To The Swz Are Of An Auxiliary Nature. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carefully Check The Amount Of Works Against The Design Documentation. Due To The Fact That The Contract For Construction Works Will Be A Lump-Sum Contract, The Occurrence Of A Larger Number Of Works In Any Item Of The Bill Of Quantities During The Works Cannot Be Considered As Additional Works And Will Not Entitle To Demand Additional Remuneration - If These Works Were Included In The Project . A Possible Lack In The Bill Of Quantities Or In The Table Template Of Settlement Elements For The Works Necessary To Perform, Resulting From The Design Documentation, Does Not Release The Contractor From The Obligation To Perform Them On The Basis Of The Design At The Contractual Price. The Contractor Has The Right To Correct The Quantity Of Works In The Bill Of Quantities And The Template Of The Table Of Settlement Elements To The Size According To Its Own Calculations Based On The Design And Sst.
