Stage I: 1) Development By The Contractor And Submission To The Employer Of Design Documentation For The Modernization Of The Bridge Along The Poviat Road No. 1453D In Domaszczyn, Commune Długołęka And Obtaining, On Behalf Of The Employer, All Legally Required Decisions And Arrangements, Including - If Necessary - A Water Law Permit, A Conservation Permit And Deviations From Technical Conditions (If Required), As Well As Obtaining A Building Permit Decision Or Submitting A Notification Of Works Without Objection Not Requiring A Building Permit, 2) Preparation Of Design Documentation, Detailed Designs For All Industries And Accompanying Studies Necessary For The Execution Of Construction Works, 3) Preparation Of Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, 4) Preparation Of A Permanent Traffic Organization Design. B. Stage Ii: 1) Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Modernization Of The Bridge Along The Poviat Road No. 1453D In Domaszczyn, Commune Długołęka, Based On The Prepared Documentation, 2) Preparation Of The Bridge Structure Card And Preparation And Completion Of The Bridge Structure Book, 3) Obtaining The Occupancy Permit (If Required).
