Tenders Are Invited For Improving The Aesthetics Of The Old Town Square In Lubawa

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is Works Related To The Improvement Of The Aesthetics Of The Old Town Square In Lubawa By Replacing Elements Of Street Furniture, Assembling New Elements And Changing The Land Use By Making New Plantings. The Subject Of The Contract Includes In Particular: 1) Planting 6 Trees In The Ground From The Side Of The Northern Frontage Of The Market Square. The Trees Will Be Protected With Borders And Cast-Iron Grilles2) Delivery And Installation Of 10 Pots With 10 Trees Planted In Them.3) Replacement And Installation Of 10 Benches (On The Eastern And Western Frontages Of The Market Square) With Backrests And Waste Bins - 13 Item 2. The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Specified In The Design Documentation And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Referred To In Art. 103 Sec. 1 Of The Act. The Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works And The Bill Of Quantities Are Attached As Appendix 6 To The Swz. 3. Attention! As Part Of This Procedure, Benches To Be Located Around Flower Pots, Pavement Posts And Bicycle Racks Should Not Be Valued. 4. The Ordering Party Obliges The Contractor To Manage - On Its Own And At Its Own Expense - All Spoil From Earthworks And Demolition Works (The Ordering Party Does Not Indicate The Place Of Removal Of The Spoil).5. Demolition Material Suitable For Re-Building (Benches, Baskets, Granite Slabs, Granite Cubes) Will Be Delivered By The Contractor To The Employer To The Indicated Place - Transport Up To 3 Km.6. This Task Is Co-Financed By The European Union Under Sub-Measure 19.2 Support For The Implementation Of Operations Under The Community-Led Local Development Strategy Of The Rural Development Program 2014-2020.7. In The Design Documentation And The Technical Specification For The Performance And Acceptance Of The Works, The Employer Defined The Quality Standards That Apply To All Essential Features Of The Subject Of The Contract.8. Wherever The Origin (Brand, Trademark, Manufacturer, Supplier, Etc.) Of Materials Or Standards, Approvals, Specifications And Systems Referred To In The Public Procurement Law (Hereinafter Referred To As The Act) Is Indicated, The Ordering Party Allows Offering Equipment Or Equivalent Solutions Provided That They Ensure That The Technical Parameters Are The Same Or Better Than Those Required By The Ordering Party In The Order Documentation. The Ordering Party Informs That In Such A Situation The Provisions In Question Are Only Exemplary And Constitute An Indication For The Contractor What Characteristics The Components Used To Perform The Subject Of The Order Should Have. The Ordering Party Allows Offering Materials Or Equivalent Devices. Materials Or Devices From Specific Manufacturers Specify The Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Characteristics, As Well As Qualitative (E.G. Dimensions, Composition, Material Used, Color, Shade, Intended Use Of Materials And Devices, Aesthetics, Etc.) That Materials Or Devices Must Meet Offered By The Contractor To Meet The Requirements Set By The Employer. The Use Of Exemplary Names Of The Manufacturer Is Only Intended To Clarify The Level Of Expectations Of The Ordering Party In Relation To A Specific Solution. The Use Of Names Of Manufacturers/Products Is For Illustrative Purposes Only. The Contracting Authority, Indicating The Designation Of A Specific Manufacturer (Supplier), A Specific Product Or Materials In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, At The Same Time Allows Equivalent Products With Quality Parameters And Functional Characteristics At Least At The Level Of The Parameters Of The Indicated Product, Thus Recognizing Each Product With The Indicated Or Better Parameters.9. Wherever In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Technical Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And In Other Documents, The Employer Referred To The Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Sec. 1 Point 2 And Sec. 3 Of The Act, The Employer Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described.10. The Burden Of Proving The Equivalence Of The Offered Item Rests With The Contractor (Pursuant To Article 101(5) Of The Act). The Contractor Must Prove In The Offer, In Particular By Means Of Evidence Referred To In Art. 104-107 Of The Act That The Proposed Solutions Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract To An Equivalent Degree. In The Event Of Doubts Regarding The Equivalence Of The Offered Products, The Ordering Party Shall Call On The Contractor To Submit Explanations Regarding The Content Of The Offer Within The Specified Period.
