1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Modernization Of The Water Treatment Plant In Stary Korczyn. The Modernization Will Be Carried Out In The Design - Build System - Therefore, The Potential Contractor Should First Present The Concept And Design Documentation Describing The Adopted Solutions In Detail, And Then, After Their Acceptance And Obtaining The Appropriate Permits Required By Law, Proceed To The Task. It Is Assumed That The Majority Of The Specified Tasks Will Be Implemented In The Form Of Notification Of Construction Works. The Water Treatment Plant In Stary Korczyn Treats Surface Waters Taken From The Nida River. The Constantly Deteriorating Quality Of The Intake Water, As Well As The Increasing Demand For Water, Makes It Necessary To Take Appropriate Actions Related To The Technological Modernization Of The Facility. It Results From The Lack Of Sufficient Technological Efficiency In The Situation Of High Demand For Water And Poor Water Quality In The Nida River. The Expected Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Increasing The Efficiency Of The Wtp By: • Expanding The Sand Filtration System (Addition Of Two Pressure Filters In The Existing Building), • Expanding The Carbon Filtration System (Additioning One Pressure Filter In The Existing Building), 2) Improving The Technological And Hydraulic Efficiency Of The Facility By: • Replacing The System Second-Stage Pumps And Third-Stage Pumps, • Expansion Of The Ozone Production System (Increasing The Efficiency Of The Ozone Production Process) - Ultimately, The Water Will Be Ozonated In Two Stages (In Preliminary And Intermediate Ozonation, With Preliminary Ozonation Being Not The Subject Of This Study), Introduction Of Ozone Into The Water (In The Indirect Ozonation System) • Installation Of A Uv Lamp As Another Disinfection Barrier - At The Exit From The Wtp, • Reconstruction Of The Automatic Control System For The Wtp Operation (Elimination Of The Currently Identified Problems With The Automatic Control Of The Wtp Operation - Which Is Associated With The Installation Of New 2Nd And 3Rd Stage Pump Sets And Changing Their Control Method), • Implementation Of A New Scada System (Regardless Of The Existing One), • Integrating Signals From New Devices And Existing Devices, • Integration Of The Old Suw Operation Control System And The Control System For New Devices Installed On The Facility, • Replacement Of Filter Beds (On Sand Filters) And Filter Beds Of • Carbon Filters (Granular Activated Carbon), • Replacement Of Drainages Of Sand And Carbon Filters, • Reconstruction Of The Carbon Filter Rinsing System (Full Automation Of The Existing Process), • Insertion Of New Filters Into The Existing Control System And Automation, • Development Of The Resistance System Technological Development Of The Suw (Introduction Of Additional Quality Measurements Of Raw And Treated Water), • Expansion Of The Suw Operation Monitoring System With Biomonitoring.
