This Has Informed The Design Of An Ambitious Mfat-Funded Fisheries Development And Management Programme Framework (Tobwan Waara). In 2022, An Internal Review Of The Tobwan Waara Activity As A Whole Found There Is A Need For A Further Phase Of Human Resource Development (Hrd) Work To Assist With Bring The Plans Into Fruition, And Ensure The Kiribati Ministry Of Fisheries And Marine Resource Development Sustainably Maximises The Benefit From The Hrd Work Undertaken Thus Far.
