The Object Of The Public Procurement Is Delivery Within The Meaning Of Art. 3, Para. 1, Item 2 Of The Public Procurement Act, And The Selected Contractor Should Ensure Delivery Of Laboratory Equipment, Divided Into 4 (Four) Separate Items: Item 1: Transilluminator Dedicated Item 2: Uv/Vis Spectrophotometer Dedicated Position 3: Precision Semi-Micro Scale Item 4: Ultrapure Water System For Laboratory Applications The Execution Of The Public Procurement Is Carried Out In Stages As Follows: The Delivery Of The Laboratory Equipment To The Specified Locations In The Buildings Of Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski. Installation/Mounting And Commissioning Of The Laboratory Equipment (For Op2); Training Of Personnel Designated By The Employer To Work With The Laboratory Equipment (For Op2); Warranty Service Of The Delivered Laboratory Equipment And Delivery Of The Necessary Parts And Materials, Within The Proposed Warranty Period, Starting From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance-Handover Protocol. Pursuant To Art. 104, Para. 2 Of The Public Procurement The Contracting Authority Will Evaluate The Technical And Price Proposals Of The Participants Before Conducting A Preliminary Selection. The Check For The Presence Of Grounds For Removal And Compliance With The Selection Criteria Is Carried Out In A Way That Is Not Affected By The Results Of The Evaluation Of The Technical And Price Proposals. According To The Provision Of Art. 61 Of The Ppzop, The Chairman Of The Commission Decrypts The Offers Submitted Through The Platform And Opens The Price Offers Together With The Documents Under Art. 39, Para. 2 And Para. 3, Item 1.
