Description Of Measures New Building 2-Fold Sports Hall Description Of The Object: The Planned New Building Is A Solid, 1-Storey Building Without A Basement. The Upper Floor In A North-Easterly Direction Is Only Intended For The Buildings Technology. An Access Route With Teacher Areas And Sanitary Facilities Is Planned In The Southern Part Of The Building. The Changing Areas And Sanitary Facilities Customary In Sports Halls Will Be Set Up On The Opposite North Side Of The Building. In The North-Eastern Part There Is A Corner Foyer With An Adjoining Small Kitchen Area. The Hall Space Can Be Divided By A Partition Curtain. The Foyer For Access To The Sports Hall And The Distribution Within The Building Is Located In The Middle Of The North Side Of The Building. The Usual Changing Rooms With Wet Areas And The Public Sanitary Facilities Are Located In The Northern Area. In The North-Eastern Part There Is A Corner Foyer With An Adjoining Small Kitchen Area. The Hall Has A Tribune System And The Playing Field Can Be Divided Into 2 Hall Areas By A Dividing Curtain. In The Southern Part Of The Building Are The Equipment Rooms And The Teacher Areas, Which Can Be Accessed Via An Additional Access Road From The South. The Main Supporting Structure Of The Sports Hall Will Be Solid (Reinforced Concrete/Masonry). The Non-Load-Bearing Interior Walls Are Made Of Drywall. Partial Areas Of The Hall As Well As Its Roof Structure Are Designed As A Steel Construction With Overlying Trapezoidal Sheet Metal. The Lower Extensions Will Have A Massive Reinforced Concrete Roof, With The Area Above The Changing Rooms And The Public Sanitary Areas Being Partly Made With Prestressed Concrete Hollow Slabs Due To The Span Widths. The Foyer Will Have A Skylight. The Roof Of The Hall Will Also Be Equipped With A Pv System. The Outer Walls Are Clad In The Lower Area With A Clinker Facade. The Upper Part Has A Profiled Glass Facade, Which Is Filled With Translucent Glass Fiber Wool And Ensures That The Hall Is Evenly Lit.
