The Value Of The Purchase Does Not Exceed The National Threshold Value Of The Right-Of-Use Agreements And Thus It Is A Small Purchase To Which The Procurement Act Does Not Apply. Kiosk Operations, Dining Options, Sauna, Barbecue Area, Playground). The Kirjurinluoto Temporary Camping Area Is Wanted To Be In Operation Throughout The Summer (May-September). For The First Summer Of The Contract Period, 2023, The Service Provider Will Be Able To Use The Area Immediately After The Iskelm Festival Starting On July 3, 2023. Pori Undertakes To Provide The Following Functions For The Camping Area And For The Service Provider: O An Electronic Access Gate For The Service Providers Use To The Camping Area O Two Maintenance Containers For The Service Providers Use, With A Toilet And Shower, As Well As An Office Container Provided By The City For The Future Development Of The Master Plan For The Area.
