Tenders are invited for Acquisition Of The Right To Use Software For The Coordination Of Flight Schedules By Granting The Employer A License In The Saas Model
The Subject Of The Contract Is The Purchasers Purchase Of The Right To Use The Software For The Coordination Of Flight Schedules In Terms Of The Functionalities And Modules Described In Appendix 1 To The Tor, By Granting The Purchaser A License In The Saas Model (Software As A Service) Within A Maximum Of 12 Months Where: 1) The Configuration Of The System Along With The Migration Of Data To The System And The Setting Of The Mailbox Will Be Made Within 4 (Four) Weeks From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Agreement, 2) The System Will Be Made Available To The Ordering Party For Use Within 11 (Eleven) Months From The Date Of The Next After The Deadline Referred To In Point 11) Above, But Not Earlier Than From April 1, 2023. The Detailed Schedule Is Included In 10 Of Appendix No. 2 To The Tor.
