Tenders are invited for Gp Hall Lphw Space Heating Upgrade Works - Sws 2022

The Lphw Space Heating Requirements Of The Standalone General Purpose Hall Building Consists Of Radiators In The Office, Changing Rooms And First Floor Balcony Area, With A Number Of Unit Heaters In The Hall, Which Are Served By A Constant Temperature Heating Circuit From The Main School Boiler House, Which Is Not Operating Satisfactorily At Present.It Is Therefore Intended To Create A New Heating Centre In A Corner Of An Existing Store In The Standalone Gp Hall Building And To Completely Replace The Entire Lphw Space Heating System In This Building.A New Natural Gas Supply Shall Be Taken Into The School Complex, Which Shall Initially Serve The New Heating Centre In The Standalone Gp Hall Building, And Is Sized To Cater For The Entire Heating And Hot Water Requirements Of The Complex, Including A Proposed New Sen Extension.The New Natural Gas Fired Heating Centre In The Standalone Gp Hall Building Shall Consist Of 2 Number Wall Mounted Condensing Gas Boilers, Including The Twin Wall Stainless Steel Flue System Taken Up To Eves Level, And The Associated Low Loss Headers Located In The Heating Centre. Also Included Are The Circulating Pumps, Valves, Heating Pipework Within The Heating Centre, Pipework Insulation, System Fill / Pressurisation Unit And Expansion Vessel, Dirt And Air Separators, Bms Type Meters, Etc.It Will Also Be Necessary To Replace The Existing Lphw Space Heating System Throughout The Entire Standalone Gp Hall., Including The Provision Of All Associated Electrical Works And Builders Attendances, Etc.
