Szopienicka In Katowice As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled: District Of New Technologies - Development Of The Area Of The Poniatowski Shaft, Stage Vi. The Scope Of The Study Includes The Following Constructions: Building No. 1 - Hoisting Machinebuilding No. 2 - Fanbuilding No. 3 - Shaft Top With Hoisting Tower And Connector Building No. 4 - Laboratory Building No. 5 - Bathhouse The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Execution Of: 1. Architectural, Construction And Installation Inventory Of Buildings In The Scope Of: A) Necessary To Prepare An Expert Opinion On The Technical Condition Of Buildings And An Expert Opinion On The Fire Protection Status, Design Documentation Covering The Adaptation Of Objects For New Functions B) Construction, Construction And Architectural Including Projections (Of All Storeys) , Roof), Cross-Sections (Through All Storeys With Marked Heights Of Characteristic Points), Building Elevations, Including, Among Others: - Description Of Building Materials From Which Individual Elements Of The Building Were Made, - Indication Of Load-Bearing Walls (Or Other Elements) Of The Building - Description Of The Method And Depth Of Foundation Foundations, - Roof Construction Solutions And Roof Projection With Marked Chimney And Ventilation Ducts And The Method Of Drainage, C) Internal Installations Of All Industries, D) Fire Protection, E) Sources Of Heat Supply Specifying Its Technical Parameters F) Connections Supplying The Facility With Media, Including Energy Carriers, And Those Related To Sewage Disposal, G) Utilities Network Running Within The Border Of The Study, H) Internal Area, Including Access To Buildings. Documentation Should Be Prepared In A Descriptive And Graphic Form . 2. An Expert Opinion On The Technical Condition Of Buildings To The Extent Necessary To Prepare Design Documentation For The Adaptation Of Objects For New Functions, Including: A) For Each Object, A Construction And Construction Expertise With Photographic Indication Of Existing Damage, Based On A Detailed Internal And External Inspection And Necessary Uncoverings Of Internal Structures; B) For Each Facility, An Expert Opinion Of Internal Installations Of All Industries; - Technical Condition Of Window And Door Joinery, Fa ade, Rainwater Drainage System From The Roof, - Technical Condition And Load Capacity Of The Roof Structure, - Technical Condition Of Building Structures, Including Basements, - Fire Protection, - Specification Of Non-Compliances In Buildings With The Technical And Construction And Fire Regulations; E) Assessment Of The Adaptation Of The Facility To The Needs Of People With Disabilities; F) Indication Of The Possibility Of Using The Existing Buildings For The Purposes Of The Investment, Including The Construction Of A Roof Connecting The Building Of The Hoisting Machine And The Building Of The Hoisting Tower; G) Conclusions And Recommendations In With Regard To The Planned Scope Of Works Regarding The Adaptation Of The Facilities For New Functions, Including: - Necessary Works Related To The Liquidation Of The Damage, - Necessary Construction And Construction Works, - Necessary Demolition Works For The Purposes Of The Planned Project, - Recommendations Regarding The Strengthening Of Structural Elements For Safe Use Of Buildings In The Future, - Indication Of Walls That Can Be Demolished For The Arrangement Of New Functions In The Facility, - Proposed Solutions For The Connector Located At The Shaft Top Building (For Future Functions / Necessity Of Demolition), - Recommendations For The Implementation Of The Project. New Solutions Resulting From Applications And Recommendations For Objects, The Opinion Of The Office Of The Conservator Of Monuments Of The City Of Katowice Should Be Obtained. Documentation Should Be Prepared In A Descriptive And Graphic Form.
