The Scope Of Works Includes: - Assembly Of Aluminum Doors, Aluminum Windows And Display Cases, Roller Shutters (Ei30), Adjustable Door Closers, - Bricklaying Works, - Painting Works.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In The Design Documentation, Approved By Decision No. Tuch.42.2018 Of April 13, 2018, Constituting Appendix No. 8 To The Swz, The Bill Of Quantities Constituting Appendix No. 10 To The Swz And In The Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Constituting Appendix No. 9 To Swz.4. The Contractor, Without Additional Remuneration, Undertakes To: 1) All Preparatory Works, Including Cleaning Works, Organization And Maintenance Of The Construction Site, 2) Dismantling With Special Care The Windows And Doors In The Building Being The Subject Of This Contract, In Order To Enable The Secondary Use Of The Obtained In This Way Window And Door Joinery By The Employer, 3) Securing And Proper Marking Of The Works And Taking Care Of The Technical Condition And Correct Marking Of The Construction Site For The Duration Of The Task, With Particular Emphasis On The Protection Of Peoples Health And Life, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, 4) Securing The Place Where The Equipment Will Be Protected Against Access By Third Parties, With The Exception Of Other Persons Performing Commissioned Works In This Place, In A Manner That Ensures Safe Performance Of Construction Works, 5) Incurring All Costs Of Tests, Expert Opinions And Opinions Necessary For The Assessment Of The Quality Of Works And The Correct Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract, 6) Incurring Costs Related To The Acceptance Of Completed Works, 7) In The Event Of Damage To Equipment Or Parts Thereof (E.G. Others Gas Network, Water And Sewage Network, Electricity, Electrotechnical Network,) In The Course Of The Execution Of The Subject Of The Contract - Repairing Them And Bringing Them Back To Their Original Condition, 8) Carrying Out Tests, Tests, Etc., As Well As Making Excavations In The Event Of Not Submitting Works Subject To Acceptance For Acceptance Covering Or Disappearing, 9) Making Arrangements, Obtaining All Opinions Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Contract And Handing It Over For Use, 10) Ensuring Supervision, As Well As Appropriate Health And Safety Conditions At Work, 11) Tidying Up The Construction Site After Completion Of Works, Including The Removal Of All Unnecessary Waste, Unless Otherwise Agreed By The Parties And Handing It Over To The Ordering Party At The Latest By The Final Acceptance Date.5. The Materials And Devices Used Should Comply With Declarations Of Compliance With Polish Standards, Certificates And Technical Approvals. Proper Names (Origin, Manufacturer, Etc.) Provided In This Swz, In The Design Documentation, The Bill Of Quantities And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Are Only Auxiliary To Determine The Basic Parameters And Characteristics Of The Materials, Products, Devices Or Equipment Used. The Employer Allows The Use Of Equivalent Solutions. An Equivalent Product Is One That Has The Same Functional Characteristics As The Product Specified In The Documentation By Name Or Origin. Its Quality Cannot Be Worse Than The Quality Specified In The Specification And Construction Documentation Of The Product And Should Have Parameters Not Worse Than The Indicated Product.6. The Contractor Undertakes To Carry Out All Works In Accordance With The Principles Of Construction Art And Technical Knowledge, Applicable Standards And Design Documentation, The Contract And Arrangements Made During The Contract Performance.7. No Later Than On The Date Of Signing The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Material And Financial Schedule Agreed With The Ordering Party And A Simplified Cost Estimate.8. The Attached Bill Of Quantities Is An Auxiliary Element For The Preparation Of A Simplified Offer Cost Estimate.
