1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Delivery And Assembly Of A Sewage Pumping Station In Pomiłowo, Gm. Sławno, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Construction Law And Executive Regulations, And Obtaining A Permit To Use The Completed Sanitary Sewage Network.2. The Subject Of The Contract Is Defined By: 1) Design Documentation For The Construction Of A Sanitary Sewage System And A Pressure Sewage System Together With A Sewage Pumping Station In Pomiłowo, Gm. Sławno;2) A Sketch Of The Sewage Pumping Station. 3. The Scope Of The Contract Includes The Delivery And Assembly Of Equipment For The Tank Of The Sewage Pumping Station In Pomiłowo, Sławno Commune. In 2022, A Tank Was Constructed With A Connection To The Gravitational And Pressure Sewage System. The Following Should Be Made In The Tank: 1) A Concrete Screed At The Bottom Of The Tank (The Spout Should Have A Pump Drain); 2) Equipment Of The Pumping Station, Complete Technology (Pressing Station Tank, Manifold, Retention Tank Of The Pumping Station, Solids Separators, Gate Valves, Valves, Ladder, Working Platform, Piping, Pumps, Drainage Pump, Fan); 3) Pumping Station Ventilation, Ventilation Should Be Made Of Acid-Proof Pipes, Wall Thickness 2 Mm; 4) Control System; 5) Electrical Installation Of The Pumping Station Tank And Assembly Of The Control Switchboard Along With The Approach To The Cabinet With The Electricity Meter. 4. Other Requirements Of The Employer Towards The Contractor As Part Of The Agreed Remuneration: 1) Before Embedding The Products, The Contractor Is Obliged To Apply For Product Approval And Obtain Approval Of The Investors Supervision For The Material (The Application Template Will Be Developed By The Contractor In Consultation With The Investors Supervision Inspector); 2) Active Capacity Of The Pumping Station Module Must Be Supported By Calculations.3) Solids Indirect Separation System Based On A Horizontal Solids Separator Cooperating With Each Pump.4) The Sewage Pumping Station Module Must Include: Pn 10 Knife Gate Valves With A Hand Wheel; C) Pn 10 Knife Gate Valve With A Hand Wheel At The Inlet; D) Rk Pipe And Flange Connector For Connecting The Gravity Channel. In Case Of Failure Of The Hydrostatic Probe.6) The Pumping Station Must Also Have Large Revisions, Which Pos It Allows For Easy Access For Cleaning Inside And Inspection Of The Technical Condition Of The Retention Chambers And Its Individual Components. As A Result, It Gives The Following Possibilities: A) Opening The Separator Without The Need To Empty The Retention Tank, B) Cutting Off The Inflow To One Separator And Pump, Which Allows For Free Carrying Out Of Maintenance Work Without The Need To Shut Down The Entire Pumping Station. 8) The Pumping Station Should Meet The Following Conditions: A ) Without Shutting Down The Pump, There Should Be Direct Access To The Separator, B) It Must Be Equipped With Cut-Off Valves In Front Of The Separators And Behind The Pumps, Enabling Service Activities Without Shutting Down The Pumping Station From Operation.9) The Pumping Station Tank Is To Be Made Of Acid-Resistant Steel 1.4301 As A Monolith Ensuring % Tightness Of All Connections And Resistant To Groundwater. It Is Not Allowed To Make The Tank Of The Sewage Pumping Station From Carbon Sheet Coated With Corrosion-Preventing Composites And Pehd.10) The Strainer Of The Separator Should Be Located Outside The Retention Tank, Which Allows Access To The Separators From The Outside Without The Need To Dismantle The Pumps. Two Independent Separators - One For Each Pump. 11) The Module Is To Be Constructed In Such A Way That It Is Possible To Clean It With A Slurry Tanker Without Having To Dismantle The Separator. 12) Access To The Separator Should Take Place Without Unscrewing The Tank Of The Sewage Pumping Station. 13) Pumps Must Be Single-Stage, Monoblock Vortex Motors Driven By 3-Phase Asynchronous Motors; 50 Hz. Two Mechanical Seals And A Separating Oil Chamber Guarantee Protection Of The Pump Motor. Mechanical Seals, Independent Of The Direction Of Rotation, With Sliding Surfaces Made Of Silicon Carbide, Guaranteeing High Durability And Operational Reliability. All Pump Elements In Contact With The Pumped Medium (Pump Body, Impeller, Inlet Cover, Due To The Possibility Of Pumping Large Amounts Of Abrasive Elements That May Be In The Sewage System (E.G. Sand, Gravel, Etc.), Must Be Made Of Chromium Cast Iron Resistant To Abrasion, Marked According To Pn-88/H-8314 As Chrome Cast Iron Zbcr32. 14) Knee Non-Return Valves Should Be Used Both On The Inlet And Discharge Side.15) The Separator Should Consist Of A Pipe-Shaped Body In Which The Be Made Of Rods Of Different Lengths Fixed Circumferentially To The Hole In The Body. The Flange To Which The Rods Are Attached Has A Circular Shape With The Longer Rods Fixed Perimeter And Perpendicular To The Flange, Located Parallel To Each Other, And The Shorter Rods Located Also Circumferentially And Inclined Towards Each Other, Forming The Outline Of A Cone. Longer Bars Located Parallel To Each Other Should Have Bends Directed Outwards At The End, And Bars Inclined Towards The Center Should Be Fixed On The Outer Perimeter In Relation To Shorter Bars. 16) The Inflow Separation System Should Be Connected To A Slow-Flow, Ball-Shaped, Non-Return Valve Ensuring Free, Undisturbed Inflow Of Wastewater With Solid Impurities. Of The Pumping Station Is Also To Be The Manufacturer Of Pumps.19) Replacing The Parameters Of The Device With A Device Other Than Described In The Specification Forces The Supplier Of The Device To Recalculate The Layout Of The Sewage System And Obtain The Consent Of The Ordering Party And The Designer.20) The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Reconstruction Of The Surface After The Works Carried Out; 21) As Part Of The Above Task, The Contractor Must Carry Out All The Necessary Tests, Flushing, Tests Completed With An Appropriate Report In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Together With The Preparation Of As-Built Documentation; 22) The Contractor Is Responsible For Preparing And Maintaining The Site And Construction Facilities, And In Particular Its Supervision; Will Liquidate The Construction Site At Its Own Expense And Bring The Area To A Proper Condition; 24) The Contractor Is Obliged To Conduct The Works In Such A Way That No Damage To The Facilities And Infrastructure Located On The Construction Site And Not Subject To Reconstruction And Located Outside The Construction Site Will Occur. In The Event Of Damage To These Facilities Or Infrastructure, The Contractor Is Obliged To Repair The Damage Or Restore These Facilities Or Infrastructure;25) The Contractor, As Part Of The Remuneration, Will Supply The Construction Site With Electricity And Water On The Terms Agreed With The Administrators Of These Utilities;26) The Contractor, If He Deems It Necessary, Will Protect The Property Located On The Construction Site, The Employer Shall Not Be Liable For The Property Of The Contractor; Also Through The Use Of Efficient And Properly Operated Equipment And The Least Acoustically Disruptive Technology For Carrying Out Works;28) The Contractor Is Obliged To Manage Construction Waste In Accordance With Applicable Regulations;29) In The Event That The Design Documentation Y Indicated Polish Or European Standards, Trademarks, Patents Or Origin Of Materials And Devices, The Ordering Party Allows Offering Equivalent Materials And Devices, Provided That They Guarantee Technical And Operational Parameters Not Worse Than Those Assumed In The Documentation; In The Case Of Designed System Solutions, The Contractor Is Obliged To Use Appropriate System Solutions.5. The Required Guarantee Period For The Completed Subject Of The Order Is A Minimum Of 36 Months From The Date Of Receipt By The Ordering Party Of The Subject Of The Order And Signing (Without Comments) Of The Final Report. The Employer Requires That The Warranty Period Be Equal To The Warranty Period. The Guarantee Covers The Facility With Its Equipment, I.E. All Devices Installed By The Contractor And Elements Of Infrastructure.6. The Ordering Party Allows For The Replacement Of Materials And Devices Presented In The Tender Offer, Provided That These Changes Will Be Beneficial For The Ordering Party. These Will Be, For Example, Circumstances: Resulting In A Reduction Of The Cost Incurred By The Ordering Party For The Operation And Maintenance Of The Performed Subject Of The Contract, Resulting In The Improvement Of Technical Parameters, Resulting From Updating Solutions Due To Technological Progress Or Changes In Applicable Regulations. Changes Must Be Approved By The Investors Supervision.
