The Subject Of The Contract Is The Execution Of The Investment Task Entitled Expansion Of The Municipal Road Of Andersa Street In Janów With Infrastructure For The Execution Of Which The Employer Has Decision No. 361/2020 Of August 11, 2020 Authorizing The Implementation Of A Road Investment Consisting In The Extension Of Municipal Road No. 4100707W Andersa Street In Janów Along With Infrastructure, In The Municipality Old Babice.2. The Subject Of The Contract Is Described In Detail In The Design Documentation And Includes The Execution Of Construction Works, Works And Activities Resulting From The Design Documentation, Permanent Traffic Organization Design, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And The Contract, I.E.: 1) Extension Of Ul. Andersa On The Section From The Beginning Of The Expansion Marked In Fig. 1 (The Employer Informs That He Has Rebuilt The Intersection Of Andersa Street And Pohulanki Street), To The Voivodship Road At Ul. Sikorskiego Dw898, I.E. On A Section Of Approx. 875 M; 2) Carrying Out Geodetic Measurements Of The Exits From The Property (Centre Of The Gate) And The Axis Of The Road (At The Height Of Each Gate), And Then Drawing Up Sketches By An Authorized Surveyor Taking Into Account The Designed Gradeline And Measurements Made In The Field . The Above Activity Is Aimed At Verifying The Designed Gradeline In Relation To The Current Terrain Conditions; 3) Construction Of Exits Included In The Design Documentation, As Well As Exits Included In The Pzt Andersa Map 25.10.2022-Pzt Mpcp; 4) Construction Of A Rainwater Drainage System; 5) In The Event Of Conflict With The Existing Water And Sewage Infrastructure Performance Of All Construction Works In Accordance With The Guidelines Of The Network Administrator, I.E. Gpk Eko-Babice Sp. Z O. O. (Appendix No. 12 To Swz);6) Adjusting The Existing Technical Infrastructure Devices To The Level Of The Road Surface (Pavement) In Agreement With Their Owners; In The Scope Of The Water Supply And Sewage Network, The Guidelines Set Out In Appendix No. 12 To The Swz Should Be Applied During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, Lack Of A Final Acceptance Protocol For Water And Sewage Devices (In The Case Of Gpk Eko-Babice Sp. Z O.O.) Or Notification By The Owner Of The Devices Of Their Lack Of Regulation The Works Constituting The Subject Of The Contract Will Not Be Accepted Until The Execution Of The Above-Mentioned Activities; 7) Designing And Delivering To The Employer For Approval The Design Of Temporary Traffic Organization For The Duration Of The Works, And Then Agreeing It With The Relevant Entities, Taking Into Account: A) The Possibility Of Closing Ul. Anders, While Ensuring Access For Users Of Adjacent Properties, As Well As Ensuring Access For Vehicles Collecting Municipal Waste, B) The Inability To Close The Intersection Of Ul. Sikorski And Ul. Andersa;8) Dismantling All Fences (Advertisements, Boards, Sheds) Located In The Lines Separating The Investment And Making Temporary Protection Of The Property In The Form Of Metal Posts And Mesh As Well As Gates And Wickets, Which Will Be Dismantled Before The Completion Of The Investment Or Earlier At The Request Of The Property Owner. At The Request Of The Property Owner, The Contractor Shall Return All Elements Of The Dismantled Fences. The Date Of Demolition Of The Fence Will Be Agreed With The Employer And The Owner At Least 2 Weeks Before The Demolition, Demolition Of The Fence Is Possible After The Temporary Fencing Has Been Made. The Employer Does Not Include In The Contract The Reconstruction Of Fences Included In The Bill Of Quantities From Items 18 To 48; 9) Reconstruction Of Street Lighting Along With The Delivery Of A Wireless Luminaire Control System - The Employer Requires That Street Lighting (Lighting Luminaires) Be Equipped With A Wireless Luminaire Control System; In Connection With The Above, The Contractor Will Prepare And Agree With The Employer The Technical Documentation Of The Above-Mentioned System, Taking Into Account: A) Street Lighting Cabinets Should Be Equipped With The Following Elements: Reactive Power Compensator (Compensator Parameters Should Be Selected Based On Measurements After The Installation, Especially For Capacitive Reactive Power), Control System Enabling Data Management And Reading Without The Need To Physically Open The Cabinet By Local Wireless Connection (E.G. Bluetooth) Or On-Line - Control And Management Of The System Via The Website, Surge Arresters And Limiters Of The Starting Current Of The Lighting Installation Soft Start - Overvoltage And Lightning Protection, Controller Enabling Control And Supervision Of Individual Luminaires Included In The Designed Lighting Installation, An Active Harmonic Filter Ensuring Dynamic Reactive Power Compensation, B) Luminaires Should Be Equipped With Devices Enabling Wireless Communication Between Individual Luminaires And The Controller Located In The Cabinet Lighting Control, Thus Enabling Remote Control Of Individual Luminaires And Insight Into The Operating Status Of The Luminaire. The Luminaire Operation Control System Should Enable, If Necessary, Individual Setting Of The Luminous Flux Level For Each Of The Installed Luminaires; Note! The Ordering Party Informs That It Has A Schreder Exedra Lighting Control System And Therefore Requires That, As Part Of The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order, A Solution Compatible With The One Owned By The Ordering Party Be Made Without The Need To Use Additional Applications Or Other Solutions. And Optical Fiber;12) Update Of The Conditions For Removing Pges Collision And Performance Of Works Resulting From These Conditions;13) Execution Of The Wearing Course Of The Road Surface, Simultaneously Over Its Entire Width Without Any Longitudinal Seams;14) Execution And Introduction Of Permanent Traffic Organization;15) Tidying Up The Execution Area Works; 16) Felling Trees And Removing Stumps - The Cut Trees Belong To The Contractor, Their Value Should Be Deducted From The Price For The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract; 17) Construction Of Road Greenery; 18) Full Surveying Services For The Task; 19) Providing The Employer With Complete As-Built Documentation And Inventory And As-Built Surveying; As-Built Documentation Must Include At Least: A) Construction Designs Attached To The Decision Authorizing The Implementation Of The Road Investment, Including Any Changes Made, B) Protocols Of Measurements, Tests And Checks Performed During The Execution Of The Subject Of The Contract And After Its Completion, C) Attestations, Certificates And Approvals For Use In Construction For Materials Used To Perform The Subject Of The Contract, D) Partial Works Acceptance Reports, E) Construction Log And Construction Documentation Containing All Notes, Arrangements, Etc.; 20) Update Of The Permanent Traffic Organization Design (Sor). The Marking Of The Attached Sor Should Be Accepted With The Offer. Any Differences Will Be Settled With A Differential Cost Estimate; 21) Notifying The Relevant Authorities Of The Intention To Introduce Permanent Traffic Organization; 22) Submitting, On Behalf Of The Employer, A Notification Of The Completion Of Construction And The Intention To Commence Use, As Well As Obtaining A Non-Objection Clause By The Competent Poviat Building Supervision Inspector; 23) Carrying Out Activities That Should Be Performed During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, And Which Result From The Regulations, Technical Conditions Or Documents That Were Issued During The Preparation Of The Design Documentation And Result From The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, The Contract.
