Preparation Of Details As- Built Drawings And Not Limited To 4 Side Of Elevations Views For Each Block, 2 Cross Sections For Each Blocks, Detail Toilet, Detail Kitchen And External Structures Details Within The Boundary Walls. 2. Prepare The Proposed Civil, Electrical And Mechanical Maintenance Works Drawings Which Include Proposed Detailed Civil, Electrical And Mechanical Maintenance Works Plans. (Showing Scope In Drawings As Instructed By Bmd Planner). (Note: All Proposed Drawings Shall Not Show Any Brand, Only To Provide Specifications.) 3. Preparation Of Estimated Cost For Civil, Mechanical And Electrical. 4. Preparation Of Boq And Tender Documents Based On Bmd/Ced Format. 5. Preparation Preliminary Work Program. 6. Monitoring Tender Process And Participate In Technical Evaluation And Answering All Inquiries. (Tender Will Be Published By Mow) Civil Drawings Must Include But Not Limited To The Followings: 1. Manholes, Septic Tank, Existing Sewerage, Stormwater, And Drainage Chambers. 3. Boundary Walls And Gates With Details For All Sides. 4. Roof, Ceiling And Floor Plans For All Blocks. 5. Details Of Roof Waterproofing. How To Participate Those Who Are Capable And Wish To Participate In The Above Tender Are Able To Get The Tender Documents Online Through The Internal Tender Services Ministry Of Works, Municipalities Affairs And Urban Planning (Works Affairs) Website Or The Bahrain E-Government (Https://Www.Bahrain.Bh) Starting From Advertising Date. Contractors Should Have A Valid Qualification License And Registered With Cost Engineering Directorate In The Ministry Of Works, Municipalities And Urban Planning And Have Commercial Register In The Same Field. (Only For Contractors And Projects Listed By The Category Mentioned Above. The Tender Is Subject To The Provisions Of The Tender Law Issued By The Legislative Decree No. 36 Of 2002, Its Amendments, And Its Implementing Regulations Issued By The Decree No. 37 Of 2002. As Per The Cabinet Edicts No.S (6-2416) Of 2017 And ( 4-2516) Of 2019 , Registered SmeS Will Be Offered A Preference Of 10% In Tenders And Auctions Related To Service Utilities Inside Purchasing Authority Premises. In Case There Is Another Applicable Preference Percentage ,The Higher Of Them Will Be Offered To Smes.
