Awarded Bidder/ Bidders Will Be Required To Provide Vat Invoice Upon Final Delivery Of All Requirements. · Collection And Submission Of The Rft Shall Be Registered In A Log Sheets. · You Must Submit Your Offers As Signed And Stamped To Rwds Office In Ramallah · Rwds Is Not Obligated To Award The Lowest Price Offered. · Rwds Has The Right To Divide The Bid Into More Than One Supplier. · Rwds Has The Right To Issue Change Orders With An Increase Or Decrease Of 25%, And It Has The Right To Completely Cancel Some Items. · Bids That Are Incomplete Or That Do Not Comply With The Minimum Conditions And Requirements, Or That Are Received After The Expiry Of The Specified Delivery Date, Will Be Rejected. · Companies Applying For Competition Must Attach A Bid Entry Guarantee Of Not Less Than 5% Of The Value Of The Financial Offer. · Advertisings And Publications Costs Will Be Paid By The Winning Bidder.
