It Is Planned To Build Public Exits With The Following Technical Parameters: Public Exits: - Width Not Less Than 5.00 M, Including A Roadway With A Width Of Not Less Than 3.5 M And Not More Than Width Of The Carriageway On The Road, - Intersection Of The Edge Of The Exit Surface And The Road Rounded With A Radius Rmin = 5.00 M. The Length Of The Planned Network Is Approx. 600 M. 4.5. Collisions With The Existing Networks Located In The Footsteps Of Leśna, Zielona And Święty Puszcza Streets And Extending From Zielona Street Are Expected. 4.6. In Connection With The Planned Investment, The Following Works Are To Be Performed: - Construction Of New Road Surface Structures, Pavements - Construction Of New Pavements Within The Planned Investment - Construction Of New Individual And Public Exits. - Construction Of Rainwater Drainage Systems (Rainwater Channels With Side Drains And Rainwater Inlets) Along With Discharge To The Infiltration System Or Evaporation Tanks, - Construction Of Street Lighting For A Length Of 220 M On The Road Marked As Ł (Ul. Leśna) - Construction Of A Technological Channel By The Roads Or Written Consent Of The Investor To Waive The Need To Build A Service Duct In Accordance With The Amendment To The Act Of March 21, 1985 On Public Roads - Reconstruction Of The Water Supply Network In Collision Places, - Reconstruction Of The Gas Network In Collision Places - Reconstruction Of Teletechnical Networks In Collision Places, - Reconstruction Sanitary Sewage Network In Collision Places - Height Adjustment Of Devices. 4.7. The Scope Of Design Works Covered By The Investment In Question Should Include: - Reconstruction Of The Distribution And Lighting Network (Reconstruction And Construction Of Low Voltage Overhead Lines With Connections) - Addition Of New Lighting Points Within The Existing Connection Capacity Of The Existing Road Lighting - Construction Of New Lighting Lines Powered By New Cabinets (Low Voltage) - Reconstruction Of Low Voltage Cable Lines. Due To The Collision With The Planned Investment, The Low-Voltage Overhead Lines Should Be Rebuilt (Collision Of The Existing Poles With The Planned Road). 4.8. The Contractor Should Take Into Account Changes In The Regulations And Principles Of Technical Knowledge In The Design Studies On An Ongoing Basis. The Design Documentation Covered By The Order Should Be In Accordance With The Regulations And Principles Of Technical Knowledge In Force On The Date Of Submitting The Documentation. 4.9. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Indication Of Trademarks, Names Of Manufacturers, Patents Or The Origin Of Products, Devices And Materials In The Prepared Design Documentation. 4.10. The Only Exception To This Rule, Pursuant To Art. 99 Sec. 5 And 6 Of The Public Procurement Law, There Is A Case Where The Indication Of Trademarks, Patents Or The Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor Is Justified By The Specificity Of The Subject Of The Contract And It Is Not Possible To Describe The Subject Of The Contract In A Sufficiently Precise And Understandable Way , And Such An Indication Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. 4.11. If The Subject Of The Contract Has Been Described In The Manner Referred To Above, The Contractor Indicates For Those Elements Of The Project Where Proper Names Are Specified, A Description (Criteria) That Will Constitute The Basis For The Assessment Of Equivalence. If The Contractor Used The Markings Of Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Sec. 1 Item 2 And 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, They Should Be Understood As Exemplary. 101 Sec. 1 Point 4 Of The Public Procurement Law Allows The Use Of Equivalent Solutions Described In The Swz In Each Case. Each Time A Standard, European Technical Assessment, Approval, Technical Specification And Technical Reference System Is Indicated In This Tor Or In The Appendices To The Tor, It Should Be Assumed That The Wording Or Equivalent Has Been Used In Relation To It. 4.13. When Executing The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Comply With The Minimum Requirements To Ensure Accessibility To Persons With Special Needs Specified In Art. 6 Of The Act Of July 19, 2019 - On Ensuring Accessibility To People With Special Needs. 4.14. The Scope And Form Of The Design Documentation That The Contractor Should Prepare And Provide To The Employer: As Described In The Fup4.15. The Scope Of The Planned Construction Works: As Described In The Fup5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Has Been Specified In The Functional And Utility Program - Attachment No. 1 And In The Drafted Contractual Provisions - Appendix No. 12 To Swz 6. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Local Spatial Development Plan For The Olsztyn Commune. 7. Note: It Is Recommended To Visit The Site In Order To Obtain All The Data And Information Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Contract And The Correct Calculation Of The Offer Price. 8. Equivalence. According To Art. 101 Sec. 4 Of The Ppl Act In A Situation Where The Documentation Of The Functional-Utility Program, I.E. In The Documents Describing The Subject Of The Contract, Contains A Reference To The Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Sec. 1 Point 2 And Sec. 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, And Such Terms Are Not Accompanied By The Phrase Or Equivalent, The Employer Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In Each Standard, Technical Assessment, Technical Specification, Technical Reference System. In Connection With The Above, It Should Be Assumed That Each Standard, Technical Assessment, Technical Specification, System Of Technical References Appearing In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent.9. Pursuant To Art. 101 Sec. 5 P.P.P. The Economic Operator Who Refers To The Equivalent Solutions Described In These Documents Is Obliged To Prove, By Attaching To The Offer Relevant Evidence Referred To In Art. 104-107 Of The Public Procurement Law That The Proposed Solutions Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract To An Equivalent Degree. , Calculated In Both Cases, Starting From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Report Without Faults And Defects.
