The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Set An Additional Date For Cleaning The Bus Shelters If They Are Found To Be Dirty. On: Maintaining Order And Cleanliness, Along With Mowing The Grass (Within A Radius Of At Least 2 Meters). Comprehensive Cleaning Of The Surface Of Boards And Pillars To Remove Any Remaining Notices, Posters, Etc., At Least Once A Quarter. Places Indicated By The Ordering Party In Connection With State, Occasional And Local Ceremonies, After Notification By The Ordering Party. The Implementation Of The Task Should Be In Accordance With The Act Of 31 January 1980 On The Emblem, Colors And Anthem Of The Republic Of Poland And On State Seals (I.E. Within The Meaning Of The Act Of 14 December 2012 On Waste (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 779, I.E.), The Contractor Becomes The Owner Of The Waste And Pollution Collected During The Execution Of The Above-Mentioned Scope Of Works. The Contractor Is Obliged To Bear The Costs Related To With The Transport And Management Of Collected Municipal Waste From The Areas Covered By The Subject Of The Contract. At The Request Of The Ordering Party, The Contractor Shall Submit Waste Transfer Cards Or Invoices Or Other Documents Confirming The Transfer Of Waste For Recovery Or Disposal. The Order In Question Must Be Performed In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And The Conditions Contained In Swz.3. Deadline For The Contract: From March 1, 2023 To December 31, 2023.4.
