In Connection With The Above, The Contractor Is Obliged To Develop Its Work Schedule In Such A Way As To Maintain The Continuity Of Operation Of Orange Devices While Ensuring Their Protection Against Damage, Flooding, Etc. Any Claims Of Orange In This Respect, Including Interruptions In The Operation Of Devices As A Result Of The Works, Will Be Charged To The Contractor. Therefore, It Is Advisable As A Priority To Perform Construction Works Related To The Fastest Possible Implementation Of The Target Room For The Location Of Sensitive Telecommunications Equipment. At The Same Time, The Employer Informs That At The Stage Of Investment Arrangements Of Orange Polska S.A. Undertook To Cooperate In Both The Method Of Securing The Devices In Question And Making The Rented Room Available To The Contractor When It Is Necessary For The Execution Of The Works. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Quality Of The Works Performed, The Safety Of All Activities On The Construction Site, The Methods Used During Construction And Their Compliance With The Design Documentation, Detailed Technical Specification And Instructions Of The Supervision Inspector.
