1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Licenses, Software, Brand New Computer Hardware, Implementation Of Ict Systems And Solutions, And Performance Of A Cybersecurity Diagnosis Aimed At Increasing The Level Of Digitization Of The Unit Under The Digital Poland Operational Program For 2014-2020 Priority Axis V Digital Development Of Local Government Units And Strengthening Digital Resilience To React-Eu Threats, Activities 5.1 Digital Development Of Local Government Units And Strengthening Digital Resilience To Threats Related To The Implementation Of The Grant Project Entitled Delivery Of Hardware And Software As Part Of The Project: Digital Development Of Local Government Units And Strengthening Digital Resistance To React-Eu Threats - Digital Municipality According To The Specification (Description Of The Subject Of The Contract) Constituting Annex No. 8 To Swz.2. The Delivery Should Be Delivered To The Seat Of The Ordering Party. By Delivery, The Contractor Is To Understand A Successive Or One-Off Delivery Of The Entire Subject Of The Order To The Seat Of The Ordering Party.3. If In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Or The Tender Explanations, The Ordering Party Indicates The Names Of Manufacturers Of Materials, Devices, Products, Etc., This Means That The Contractor May Accept Solutions Indicated By The Ordering Party Or Equivalent. However, The Contractor Must Demonstrate That The Materials, Equipment, Etc. Used Are Equivalent. The Burden Of Proof Of Equivalence Rests With The Contractor.4. The Contracting Authority Shall Consider That The Tender Is Equivalent If It Presents The Subject Of The Contract With The Same Or Better Functional And Qualitative Properties Than Those Specified In The Tor, But Marked With A Different Trademark, Patent Or Origin. At The Same Time, It Is Important That An Equivalent Product Is A Product That Is Not Identical To The Reference Product, But Has Certain Features And Parameters That Are Important For The Ordering Party And Similar To The Reference Product.5. The Order Must Be Implemented Based On The Material And Financial Schedule Prepared By The Contractor And Agreed With The Ordering Party Within 5 Working Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Presented Material And Financial Schedule
