The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Investment Entitled Thermomodernization Of Buildings: Public Primary School In Pławno, Public Primary School In Ciężkowice And Sp Zoz In Gidle, Under Which Three Public Buildings Should Be Thermomodernised. These Buildings Are: I - Public Primary School In Pławno Ul. Przedborska 4, 97-540 Gidle, Plot No. 2375/2, Precinct 0013 Pławno.Ii - Public Primary School In Ciężkowice Kornela Makuszyńskiego In Ciężkowice 36, 97-540 Gidle, On Plot No. 709/2, Precinct 0002 Ciężkowice. Iii - Independent Public Health Care Center (Sp Zoz) In Gidle, Ul. Częstochowska 8, 97-540 Gidle, Plot Reg. No. 156/3, 156/8, Precinct 0004 Gidle. As Part Of The Investment, Construction Works Should Be Performed Consisting In The Modernization Of Sanitary Installations, Electrical Installation And Heating Installation Of The Building, Including: Replacement Of Old Coal-Fired Boilers And For Pellet Boilers, Insulation Of External Walls, Insulation Of The Roof And Ceiling Above The Last Usable Floor, Replacement Of Part Of The Window And Door Joinery, Replacement Of Part Of The Old Electrical Installation, Switchboards, Execution Of The Lightning Protection System, Replacement Of Radiators And Installation Of Thermo Radiator Valves, Installation Of Alternative Sources (Photovoltaics), Construction Of A Band Around The Building, Replacement Of Gutters And Drainage Of Rainwater From The Building, Ventilation Of The Attic (Based On The Results Of The Audit). The Purpose Of The Thermal Modernization Works Undertaken As Part Of The Investment Is Primarily To Reduce The Demand For Heat Energy In The Public Sector, Reduce The Annual Energy Consumption And Reduce Gas Emissions, Increase The Thermal Insulation Of Buildings, Reduce The Costs Of Heating And Hot Water Supply, And Increase The Use Of Energy From Res (Photovoltaics). All Materials, Products And Devices Intended For Use In The Investment Must Be Brand New, First-Class Quality And Free From Manufacturing Defects, And Must Have The Necessary Approvals And Declarations Of Conformity. The Contracting Authority Requires The Contractor To Provide At Least: 5-Year Warranty For The Entire Subject Of The Contract, Counting From The Date Of Signing The Protocol Of Final Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare The Acceptance Documentation In Two Copies In Polish. Design Documentation, Bills Of Quantities, Energy Audit And In The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works. Note: Bills Of Quantities Have Been Attached For Information Purposes. They Do Not Constitute The Basis For Calculating The Price By The Contractor.
