The Target Of This Dynamic Procurement System Is The Reception Centers For Unaccompanied Minors In Finland According To The Reception Act (746/2011). The Reception Centers For Unaccompanied Minors In Finland Are Group Homes And Supported Dormitories. The Reception Center Can Also Be A Combination Of These And Contain Both. The Reception Center Must Be Able To Organize Services And Other Practical Activities Belonging To Reception Center Operations For Customers Who Arrange Their Own Accommodation Outside The Reception Center (So-Called Private Lodgers).
