The Project Consists Of The Conversion Of The Ex-Rt Female Ward Into A Dialysis Unit As Per The ClientS Requirement. In Brief, The Project Consists Of The Following: 1. 5 Existing Two Trees To Be Fell Down And Cart Away; New Trees To Be Planted As Per Forestry Department Recommendations 2. Part Of The Existing Concrete Footpath To Be Demolished As Per Drawings To EngineerS Approval And Debris To Be Carted Away. 3. Part Of Existing Concrete Ramp To Be Demolished As Per Drawings EngineerS Approval And Debris To Be Carted Away. 4. Existing Handrail To Be Removed And Handed Over To Client Ministry 5. Existing Parking For Ambulance To Be Realigned As Shown On Proposed Drawings 6. Existing Palm Tree To Be Uprooted And Planted To New Location As Per ArchitectS Approval. 7. Supply And Fixing Of Generator Set Including All Other Associated Works, To Be Completed Prior To Construction Of New Covered Link. 8. Construction Of A New Light Structure Covered Link And Waiting Area As Indicated On The Proposed Layout. 9. Supply And Fixing Of New Aluminium Paneling To Cancel Existing Openings From Ward 1 To Ward 2 As Shown On Proposed Layout. 10. Existing Block Wall In Between Ward 1 And Ward 2 To Be Demolished As Indicated On The Demolition Plan And To Supply & Fix New Aluminium Door Including All Associated Works Such As Rendering And Painting Works. 11. Construction Of New Catchpits And Soak Aways To New Covered Passage And Link To Collect Rain Water. 12. Construction Of A New Toilet Block Which Will Be Connected To Ward 1 As Per Drawings. 13.
