The Building Has The Function Of A Community Space, Which Requires The Establishment Of A Large Hall For 100 People, As Well As Related Service Rooms, Such As Water Blocks, A Mechanical Room, A Storage Room And A Vestibule. A 12-Space, Gravel-Paved Parking Lot And A Stone-Paved Barrier-Free Parking Lot Will Be Built On The East Side Of The Lot. Plot Area: 2575 M2, Gross Floor Area Of The Planned Building : 237.22 M2 List Of Rooms: Front Floor 12.65 M2 Ceramic Tile Wardrobe, Kitchen 7.28 M2 Ceramic Tile Transportation 8.58 M2 Ceramic Tile Clothing 9.02 M2 Ceramic Tile Warehouse, Mechanical 12.01 M2 Ceramic Tile Disabled Toilet 4.40 M2 Ceramic Tile Mens Bathroom 3.69 M2 Ceramic Tile Mens Toilet 5.68 M2 Ceramic Tile Womens Bathroom 3.49 M2 Ceramic Tile Mens Toilet 5.06 M2 Ceramic Tile Great Room 100.00 M2 Ceramic Tile Total: 171.86 M2 Covered Front Area 32.60 M2 Concrete Paver The Building It Has A Traditional Structure And Is Made Using Traditional Materials. Solar Panels Will Be Placed On The South Side Of The Roof. A Wooden Canopy With Pre-Scored Sheet Metal Cover Fits The Southern Facade Of The Building. All External Doors And Windows Are Modern Plastic Doors And Windows With 3-Layer Glazing. The Planned Building Must Be Equipped With The Following Utilities: - Wired Drinking Water Network - Wired Sewage Network - High-Current Electrical Connection - Low-Current Cable Connection (Telephone, Tv, Internet) The Planned Building Is In Continuous Operation, Therefore The Building Mechanical Systems Will Ensure Continuous Heating And Cooling Operating Conditions. Central Heating-Cooling The Transmission Heat Loss Of The Building Is 10.5 Kw, The Cooling Heat Demand Of The Building Is 9.1 Kw. The Heating And Cooling Heat Energy Is Provided By The 1 Viessmann Vitocal 200-S Awb-Eac 201.D16 Type Air-To-Water Heat Pump To Be Installed, And The Additional Heating Is Provided By The Heating Cartridge Built Into The Indoor Unit (Q= 9.0 Kw, Multi-Stage, Can Be Disabled ) Ensure. The 06. Mechanical The Compact Indoor Unit Is Located In The Room. A Heizer Act-2 (V= 200.0 L) Type Insulated Buffer Tank Must Be Installed In The Primary Heating-Cooling Circuit, As Well As A 5/4" Sludge Separator (Flamcoclean) And A 5/4" Microbubble Separator . The Distributor-Ignitor For The Purposes Of The Heating-Cooling System, As Well As All The Fittings Necessary For Operation, Will Be Placed In The Mechanical Room. In The Radiator Heating Circuit, The Heat Emitters Are Vogel&Noot-Type Steel Sheet Radiators With Built-In Valves, Equipped With A Thermostatic Radiator Valve And Head. The Design Temperature Of The Radiator Heating Circuit Is 50/40 °C. The Heating Pipeline Network Is Made With Rehau Rautitan Stabil Plastic Pipe Installed In The Floor, With Clamping Ring Fittings Designed For The System . Heat Pump Operation: The Control Unit Of The Heat Pump Indoor Unit Installed In The Mechanical Room Handles All Heating And Cooling Tasks Professionally And Economically. The Building Does Not Have A Ventilation System. One Piece Of Hygroscopic Air Inlet (Recommended Type: Aereco Emm716) Must Be Installed In All Facade Windows To Be Installed, With A Performance Of V=30.0 M3 /H, Δp= 12 Pa. The Building Can Be Approached On Foot From The North And East On A Concrete Pavement. Cobblestone Paving Is Being Made In The Covered Area In Front Of The Entrance And The Great Hall. A 40 Cm Wide Gravel Paving Is Planned For The Rest Of The Building. The Parking Lot Has A Gravel Surface, And The Barrier-Free Parking Lot Has A Layered Concrete Paving That Meets The Needs Of Car Traffic. A Trash Bin Will Be Placed To The East Of The Building And A Bicycle Bin Nearby. The Yard Must Be Grassed Upon Completion Of Construction, And Native, Non-Allergenic, Drought-Tolerant Deciduous Trees Must Be Planted In The Places Marked On The Site Plan.
