Szkolna 199 - 140 Świnice Warckie, Plots Registration Number: 109/2, Registration Precinct: 0022 Świnice Osiedle, Registration Unit: 10047_2 Świnice Warckie, Design Assumptions: Based On The Technical Specification And Inventory, Together With The Assessment Of The Technical Condition And Energy Audit, The Scope Of Works Covered:- Ensuring Accessibility For The Disabled By Installing A Stair Platform At The Main Entrance, - Renovation Of The Retaining Walls At The Entrance To The Garages, - Partial Reconstruction Of The Sanitary Rooms On The Ground Floor Level, Including: - Separation Of The Sanitary Facility For The Disabled, - Separation Of The Social Room, - Construction Of Partition Walls, - Partial Walling, - Execution Of A New Floor With Layers, - Assembly Of Door Joinery, - Thermal Insulation Of The Building With Accompanying Works, Including: - Insulation Of Basement And Foundation Walls Made Of - Insulation Of External Walls, - Execution Of Vertical Insulation Of Basement Walls, - Replacement Of Window Frames, - Replacement Of External Door Frames, - Replacement Of External Window Sills, Flashings And Gutters, - Replacement Of Internal Window Sills, - Renovation Of Balconies, - Renovation Of Roofing, - Renovation Of External Stairs, - Accompanying Works, In The Field Of Land Development: - Partial Replacement Of Existing Hardened Surfaces, - Renovation Of Retaining Walls, In The Field Of Sanitary Industry: - Replacement Of The Central Heating Oil Boiler, - Renovation Of The Central Heating System, - Installation Of A Heat Pump 16 Kw, - Modernization Of The Hot Water Installation, - Modernization Of The Sanitary Sewage System, In The Field Of Electrical Industry: - Replacement Of Lighting Fixtures With Energy-Saving Ones, - Internal Electrical Installation, - Photovoltaic Installation With A Capacity Of 1 0.5 Kwp, The Project Covered The Reconstruction, Renovation And Insulation Of The Building Together With Accompanying Works, In Accordance With § 9 Point 4 Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of April 12, 2002. On The Technical Conditions To Be Met By Buildings And Their Location, The Distances From The Neighboring Facilities And From The Boundaries Of The Plot Covered By The Building Remain Unchanged. Utility Program Of The Building: On The Basis Of The Inventory, Information Obtained And Entries In The Building Logbook, The Building Was Put Into Use In 1976 R And Is Used As Intended As A Public Utility Building - The Administrative And Office Building Of The Commune Office In Świnice Warckie. Note The Designed Scope Of Works Does Not Affect The Existing Utility Program Of The Building, Which Remains Unchanged. The Commune Office Must Function Continuously Throughout The Entire Period Of Construction Works. In View Of The Above, It Is Necessary To Provide For Such An Organization Of Renovation Works To Ensure Safe (Free From Traffic Obstacles) And Uninterrupted Operation Of The Office While Maintaining All Technological Requirements. Specification Of The Terms And Conditions Of The Order, Hereinafter Referred To As Swz. Appendix No. 8A To The Swz. Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works. Annex No. 9A To The Swz. Bill Of Quantities. Annex No. 10A To The Swz. Auxiliary Material For The Preparation Of The Price Calculation By The Contractor.) The Contractor Is Responsible For The Quality Of The Works. The Contractor May Not Use Errors, Simplifications Or Omissions In The Contract Documents, And Should Immediately Notify The Employer Of Their Discovery, Who Will Make Appropriate Changes, Corrections Or Additions. All Materials Used For The Works Should Have A Certificate Of Approval For Use In Construction Issued By Authorized Units. In The Event That Materials Or Works Do Not Fully Comply With The Design Documentation Or Technical Specification And This Affects The Satisfactory Quality Of A Building Element, Such Materials Will Be Immediately Replaced With Others, And The Works Will Be Dismantled At The Contractors Expense. The Contractor Shall Be Familiar With All Regulations Issued By The Authorities Central And Local, And Other Regulations And Guidelines That Are In Any Way Related To The Works. The Contractor Will Be Fully Responsible For Complying With These Laws, Regulations And Guidelines During The Execution Of The Works. In Addition, The Contractors Duties Include: 1) Organizing And Securing The Construction Site; 2) Proper Performance Of All Works Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And With The Currently Applicable Polish Standards, Polish Construction Law Along With Regulations And Other Applicable Regulations;3) Proper Supervision Over The Observance Of Health And Safety And Fire Protection Regulations During The Performance Of Works;4) Provision Of Equipment For The Performed Works That Meets Technical Standards;5) Coverage Of All Costs Related To Obtaining Certificates For Materials, Products And Equipment And Laboratory Tests Of The Built-In Materials And Performed Works; 6) Development Of A Temporary Traffic Organization Design, If Necessary; 7) Payment Of Fees For Waste Storage; Excluding The Employer; 9) Liquidation Of The Construction Site And The Contractors Own Facilities Immediately After The Completion Of All Works, But Not Later Than By The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Contract; The Required Warranty Period For The Construction Works Performed And The Materials Used - Minimum 36 Months - Maximum 60 Months From The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Works. Warranty Conditions For The Number Of Months Offered By The Contractor In The Offer. The Contractor Provides The Guarantee Period In Full Months: 36, 48 Or 60. 3) The Warranty Period Is Equal To The Guarantee Period. 4) The Ordering Party Demands A Minimum Guarantee Period Of 36 Months. If The Contractor Does Not Provide (Does Not Enter) The Guarantee Period In The Offer Form, The Ordering Party Will Accept The Minimum (Required) 36-Month Guarantee Period For Evaluation, And If The Contractors Offer Is Selected, This Period Will Be Included In The Contract. A) On The Next Day Counting From The Date Of Final Acceptance; B) For Replaced Built-In Materials Under The Contract - On The Day Of Their Replacement. The Defect Before The Expiry Of This Period. If The Contractor Fails To Remove The Defects Within The Period Agreed With The Ordering Party, The Ordering Party May Have Them Removed By A Third Party At The Contractors Cost. In This Case, The Costs Of Removing Defects Will Be Covered In The First Place With The Retention Of The Amount Being The Security For The Proper Performance Of The Contract. Note!!! The Ordering Party Informs That The Length Of The Guarantee Is A Criterion For Selecting The Most Advantageous Offer With A Weight Of 40%. The Contractor Who Proposes The Longest Guarantee Period, But Not Longer Than 60 Months, Will Receive A Maximum Of 40 Points. While The Contractor Who Proposes The Required Guarantee Period (36 Months) Will Receive 0 Points. The Warranty And Quality Guarantee Periods Are The Criteria For Evaluating Offers.
