Building Area Of ​​The Public Building - 183.85 M2 Garage Buildings - 47.73 M2 Area Of ​​Access Roads - 166.50 M2 Area Of ​​Existing Buildings (To Be Demolished) - 248.15 M2 The Building Is Designed As A Three-Storey Building - Ground Floor + First Floor + Attic (Attic), Without A Basement. In The Event Of Destruction Or Damage To The Works Or Equipment (E.G. Existing Utilities) In The Course Of The Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Repair Them (Restore Them To Their Previous Condition) At His Own Expense,6. The Ordering Party Has Made Every Effort To Ensure That The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Does Not Include The Trade Name Of The Company, Goods Or Product. If In The Documents That Make Up The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Trade Name Of The Company, Goods Or Product Is Indicated, It Is For Information Purposes Only. The Ordering Party - In Relation To The Parameters Or Data (Technical Or Any Other) Directly Or Indirectly Identified In The Order Documentation, Which Directly Or Indirectly Identifies The Goods Or Product - Allows Equivalent Solutions, Meaning Solutions With Parameters Not Worse Than Those Required And Contained In The Documentation. If The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In The Documentation, But Does Not Provide The Minimum Parameters That Would Confirm This Equivalence - The Contractor Is Obliged To Offer A Product With Similar Properties, Functionally Suitable For The Required Application.
