The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of The Activities Of A Substitute Investor In The Implementation Of The Investment Entitled: Modernization Of The Building In The Complex Of Educational, Care And Educational Institutions In Wielkie Droga, Consisting In The Management Of All Tasks Aimed At The Implementation Of The Investment, Including, Inter Alia: • Preparation And Conduct Of A Public Procurement Procedure In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Public Procurement Law, Aimed At Selecting A Contractor For Construction Works Covered By The Investment Entitled Modernization Of The Building In The Complex Of Educational, Care And Educational Institutions In Wielkie Droga In A Way That Enables The Start Of The Investment In The First Half Of May 2023; • Preparation And Organization Of The Construction Process; • Providing The Contractor With Complete Documentation And The Construction Site; • Investors Supervision During The Implementation Of The Investment Over All Sectors, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Construction Law And Other Applicable Regulations; • Supervision Over Ensuring Safety And Compliance With Fire Protection Regulations As Well As Occupational Health And Safety By All Participants Of The Investment Implementation Process, Within The Meaning Of The Requirements Of The Construction Law And Other Applicable Regulations, Throughout The Entire Investment Implementation Process; • Making Ongoing Analysis Of Investment Costs And Statements After The Completion Of Each Stage Of The Investment; • Checking The Settlement Documents Of The Investment Task In Terms Of Content And Accounting; • Keeping The Direct Investor Informed In Writing About The Progress Of The Investment Task; • Initiating Changes To The Content Of The Contract Concluded With The Investment Contractor By Preparing Appropriate Annexes To These Contracts, In Connection With Changes To The Conditions Specified In The Contracts; • Conducting Working Meetings At The Construction Site Of The Investment; • Carrying Out Acceptances Of Partial Settlements Of The Investment Task; • Preparation Of Materials For Final Acceptance Of The Investment, Notification Of All Participants Of The Investment Process About The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Investment And Final Acceptance Of The Investment; • Final Investment Settlement; • Transfer Of The Investment Together With A Set Of Necessary Documents In The Factual And Legal Condition Suitable For Immediate Use; • Acting On Behalf Of The Direct Investor Before Administrative Authorities And Courts In Matters Arising From The Implementation Of The Investment; • Archiving Correspondence And Documentation, And Then Handing Them Over To The Direct Investor In A Complete State After The Completion Of The Investment Or Termination Of This Contract.
