The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Execution Of: A) Architectural And Construction Design And Technical Designs In The Field Of: 1) Insulation Of External Walls Of Buildings, 2) Insulation Of Flat Roofs, 3) Replacement Of Window Frames And External Doors, 4) Replacement Of Lighting Installations - Replacement With Energy-Saving Light Sources Led,5) Construction Works Accompanying The Implementation Of Thermo-Modernization, B) Construction Works Aimed At Thermo-Modernization Of The School Building. The Material Scope Of The Works Constituting The Subject Of The Contract Includes, In Particular, The Performance Of: 1) Preparation Of An Architectural Inventory Of The Building Being The Subject Of Thermal Modernization, 2) Preparation Of A Natural Inventory Of The Building And Its Use During Construction Works, 3) Development Of Technical Documentation For Thermal Modernization Of The School Building, Allowing For The Submission Of Works As Well As Execution Of Construction Works, 4) Approval Of The Architectural And Construction Design With The Office Of Architecture And Spatial Planning Of The Capital City Of Warsaw Warsaw, 5) Preparation Of The Material And Financial Schedule With The Division Of The Scope Of Works, 6) Submission Of The Application For Notification Of Works To The Department Of Architecture Of The Praga Południe District Office, 7) Execution Of Construction Works For Comprehensive Thermal Modernization Of The Building, 8) Execution Of An Energy Audit Confirming The Achievement Of The Assumed Thermal Conductivity Indicators For Partitions Construction And The Effect Of Reducing Energy Consumption. 2.
