Detailed Information Regarding The Description, Scope And Conditions Of The Contract Are Specified In The Functional And Utility Program (Hereinafter Referred To As: Fup) - Constituting Appendix No. 9 To The Swz And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Ppu ) - Appendix No. 7 To The Swz. As Part Of The Investment, The Following Should Be Designed And Implemented: 1) Reducing The Demand For Heat Energy From The Existing Gas Boiler House By: A) Construction Of Vertical Probes Of The Lower Heat Source To A Depth Of 100M, About 66 Sets; B) Construction/Assembly Of A Ground Heat Pump Unit/Units With Minimum Power Of 373 Kw; C) In The Absence Of Space In The Existing Boiler Room - Construction Of The External Assembly Of Heat Pumps In The Structure Or Construction Of A Pump Container With Accompanying Installations; D) Connection Of Heat Pumps To The Existing Installation Of The Gas Boiler Room; :A) Construction/Assembly Of Photovoltaic Panels On The Roof Of The School Complex Building With A Power Of Min. 224 Kw, Along With Accompanying Works, Approx. 560 Sets; B) Reconstruction Of The Electrical Connection For The Possibility Of Connecting The Photovoltaic Installation To The Electricity Grid; C) Reconstruction Of The Entire Electrical Installation In The School, Including Security, Lighting And Sockets (The Current Installation Is Made Of Aluminum ) And Carrying Out The Necessary Construction And Renovation Works Aimed At Bringing The Rooms Back To Their Original Condition; D) Replacing The Internal Lighting With Led Lighting; E) Replacing The External Lighting With Led Lighting. The Order Should Be Performed In Accordance With: , Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Best Engineering Practice; 2) Regulations In Force In Poland, In Particular In The Field Of Construction Law, Occupational Health And Safety, Fire Protection, Environmental Protection And Waste Management; 3) Requirements Of Relevant Authorities In Poland, Possible Decisions Administrative Procedures, Arrangements Regarding The Subject Of The Contract; The Employers Requirements Set Out In The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract Applicable In The Procurement Procedure Preceding The Conclusion Of The Contract; 4) The Contractors Offer Submitted To The Employer During The Procurement Procedure Preceding The Conclusion Of The Contract; 5) An Agreement Constituting An Appendix To Swz. Additional Requirements Of The Ordering Party Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order In The Scope Of Employment Of Persons Referred To In Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law: The Contractor Or Subcontractor Undertakes That During The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract, He Will Employ On The Basis Of An Employment Contract, Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Labor Code, Blue-Collar Workers Performing (Physical) Construction Works.
